摘要: 哈里伯顿公司为石油天然气勘探开发提供相关产品和技术服务,规模庞大,自1919年成立已有近百年历史。公司认识到"向技术投资对于保持哈里伯顿在其核心业务的领先地位是至关重要的",因此技术创新被视为公司重要的发展战略。哈里伯顿公司的核心竞争力在于产品与技术服务的性价比、HSE标准、提供产品与技术服务的效率、对油气储藏的认识程度,以及优秀的人才队伍及其技术精通程度等。文章介绍了哈里伯顿公司的优势技术领域、技术创新的组织和管理、技术获取方式和科研人员管理等。

Abstract: Halliburton is a large old oilfield service company which has been providing products and technology services for E&P since its foundation in 1919. During its long business history, Halliburton has found it significant to invest stably on technology for keeping the leading position in its core business. Its core capabilities lie on the performance cost ratio of products and services, HSE standards, its efficiency for providing products and services, its knowledge on oil and gas reservoir, its outstanding talent teams and their expertise. Technology innovation has been taken as an important part in its company strategy. This paper introduces the dominant technology fields of Halliburton, its research organization, its methods for acquiring technology and its management of researchers.
