摘要： 中国石油集团川庆钻探工程有限公司为提高技术服务保障力、竞争力，坚持技术创新，主动变革、加快 转型；坚持提质提速提效，严控投资成本规模；坚持大力发展油气合作开发业务，推进一流企业建设。在技术创新方面， 优化创新路径，突出高端化、特色化、有形化发展；坚持改革牵引，着力激发科技创新活力，强化科研项目管理、推 动创新人才变革、加大创新激励力度；突出集成融合，提高创新价值，助力油气勘探发现、推动油田快速上产、服务 页岩气规模效益开发、加快工程技术现代化。经过多年努力，公司为油气增储上产和转型发展提供了高水平的创新供 给，国际化发展、产业链一体化、系统推动、风险预控、内部管控、可持续发展等能力显著增强，油田技术服务保障力、 竞争力得到持续提升。

Abstract: To improve technological service supportability and competitiveness, CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co Ltd has committed itself to technological innovation, active reform, acceleration of transformation, improvement of quality and efficiency, control over investment and cost, energetic promotion of cooperative oil and gas development, and the objective of becoming the first-class enterprise. In the area of technological innovation, the company optimized the path of innovation to highlight high-end, unique and tangible development, stressed the leading role of reform in the efforts for invigoration of technological innovation, strengthened management of technological research projects, promoted the transformation of innovative talents, enhanced the incentive mechanism for innovation. It also focused on integration and merger for higher innovation values to make oil and gas exploration discoveries, put oilfield into production rapidly, serve large-scale and economic development of shale gas, and accelerate modernization of engineering technology. Based on the efforts of years, the company provided the high-level innovative results for increase of reserves and production and remarkably improved its competence for internationalized development, integration of industrial chain, promotion of system, early prevention of risks, internal management and control, and sustainable business development. Meanwhile, the company continually boosted its oilfield technological service supportability and competitiveness.
