摘要: 哈里伯顿固井技术水平国际领先,公司针对固井水泥外加剂(缓凝剂、降失水剂、分散剂和促凝剂)共 申请111 件专利。对全球和哈利伯顿相关专利进行深度分析,解读专利申请国家和地区分布、专利申请时间、专利技 术内容,指出哈里伯顿固井水泥外加剂领域重点关注的技术热点及发展态势。公司越来越重视聚合物类外加剂的研发, 特别是缓凝剂和降失水剂。其中缓凝剂相关专利申请数量最多,达50 件,申请分布范围广,在全球抢占了有利市场。 此外,用于满足特定苛刻的井下条件(如高温腐蚀)等特殊助剂是公司另一研发方向。加强专利分析,有助于借鉴国 外公司的专利申请及保护策略,为国内公司申请相关领域专利、加强知识产权保护、新技术研发提供思路。

Abstract: Halliburton is an international leader in cementing technology and has applied for 111 patents for cementing additives (retarder, fluid loss agent, dispersant and accelerator). This paper makes in-depth analysis of the related patents worldwide and in Halliburton and elaborates distribution of countries and regions applying for patents, time of applications and content of patented technology. It points out the R&D focuses and development trends of Halliburton’s cementing additives. The company has paid more and more attention to development of polymer-based cementing additives, particularly retarder and fluid-loss additive. The relevant patents of retarder are in large quantities, reaching 50 in a wide range and taking a favorable market position worldwide. In addition, the R&D efforts are also focused on the special additives satisfying the harsh downhole conditions (such as high temperature and corrosion). Patent analysis can help learn patent application and protective strategy from foreign companies, allowing the domestic companies to have the mindset for application of the relevant patents, protection of intellectual property rights and development of new technologies.
