基于专利分析的纳米采油技术发展趋势

摘要: 随着致密、页岩、深部等油气难开采储层的战略接替,纳米采油技术依赖其超常特性或将开辟石油工业 的新局面。为研究其前沿技术价值,应用汤森路透专利数据库,生成纳米采油技术专利地图,通过筛选和分析,归纳了 18 项关键技术;划分出3 个发展阶段,目前处于纳米采油规模产业起步阶段;从专利权人角度分析竞争格局,贝克休斯、 哈里伯顿、斯伦贝谢三大油服公司处于较强优势,中国占有一定比例,但涉及公司较分散;对磁性纳米、地层纳米处理 剂、井筒纳米处理剂、纳米驱油、纳米支撑剂5 个专项技术进行重点分析,从专利数和施引量研究了发展历程和具有影 响力的专利权人,横向对比分析了竞争局势;通过5 个专项技术专利数的叠加与总专利数的对比,得出纳米采油技术发 展规律,进行趋势预测,指出今后研究方向。

Abstract: With unconventional reservoirs like tight oil, shale gas and deep layers strategically replacing conventional reservoirs, nanometer oil production technology is likely to create a new situation for the petroleum industry thanks to its extraordinary characteristics. To study the value of frontier technology in this area, Thomson Reuters patent databank is used to produce the patent map of nano oil production technology. Eighteen items of key technology are summarized on the basis of selection and analysis. The statistical analysis is divided into three development stages. Industrialization nano oil production is now in its preliminary stage. From the angle of patent competition, three oilfield service majors – Baker Hughes, Halliburton and Schlumberger – are in the advantageous positions while China takes up a certain proportion, but the involved Chinese companies are relatively scattered. This paper analyzes five specialized technologies, such as magnetic nano particles, formation treatment agent, wellbore treatment agent, nano material driving, and nano proppant. Based on the quantity of patents and cite, the paper also studies the development process and influential patents and analyzes the competition trend on the basis of horizontal comparison. By superimposing the patents of five specialized technologies and comparing the total quantity of patents, the development law of nano oil production technology can be drawn to predict the trend as well as the orientation for future research.
