采油工程持续融合创新管理与实践

摘要: 我国老油田已全面进入开发中后期,油气资源劣质化趋势日益严重,规模增储难度加大。为应对不同开 发阶段所面临的主要矛盾,中国石油集团建立并发展了采油工程持续融合技术创新管理模式。其内涵是采油、油藏、 钻完井和地面工程一体化融合,公司、厂、矿、队四级技术体系一体化管理,生产、科研、试验、推广一体化组织, 新技术、新产品、新工艺、新标准一体化升级。以需求为导向,强调研发的目标性、管理的系统性和成果的应用性, 保证研究、试验、推广同步进行、有序衔接,加快了成果转化。持续融合技术创新管理模式有效指导了以精细分层注 水、非常规油气增产改造、深层火山岩压裂等为代表的采油工程主体技术的建立,已应用到大庆、吉林、长庆、大港 等油田以及哈萨克斯坦、蒙古、苏丹等6 个国家、12 个油气合作项目推广,达到了降低成本、提高油井产量、低品 位资源效益动用的目的。水驱主体工程技术研发推广周期比国际同类技术缩短3 ~ 5 年,成果转化率为80% 以上,完 成了采油技术3 项关键技术创新、5 个核心工艺统一、7 项配套技术完善、5 项行业标准制定,实现了技术快速一体化 升级和整体集成配套,促进了技术规模化应用。

Abstract: China’s old oilfields have fully come under their middle and later recovery periods while the quality of oil and gas resources are becoming more and more deteriorating. Increase of reserves on a large scale becomes more difficult. To solve the main contradictions in the different development stages, CNPC established and developed the management model for continual integration of oil production engineering technological innovations, which is an integration of oil production, oil reservoir, drilling and completion technology, and surface engineering, an integration of management of technological systems at four levels of company, factory, mine and crew, an integration of organization for production, research, experiment and promotion, and an integration of modernization for new technology, new products, new process and new standards. Under the guidance of demands, the emphasis is placed on the purposes of research and development, the system of management and adaptability of achievements for application. The research is ensured to be in steps with experiment and promotion and appropriately linked, accelerating transformation of research achievements. The management model for continual integration of technological innovations effectively helps develop featured oil production engineering technologies, such as fine layered water injection, unconventional oil and gas stimulation and fracturing of deep-layer volcanic rock. This management model has been used in Daqing, Jilin, Changqing and Dagang as well as 12 oil and gas cooperative projects in six countries like Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Sudan, achieving the purposes of cost reduction higher production from oil wells, and cost-effective development of low-grade resources. The research and promotion period of the main water-flooding engineering technology is shortened by three to five years as compared to the same kind of technology from the international petroleum community. The transformation rate of achievement exceeds 80 percent. Three key technological innovations are completed while five core processes are unified, seven items of supporting technology perfected, and five industrial standards formulated, rapidly modernizing integration of technology and promoting large-scale application of technology.
