摘要: IRes 软件是中国石油勘探开发研究院自主研发、应用于高含水油田开发优化的一体化应用软 件,具有地质建模、储量评价、油藏工程分析、开发矛盾诊断、剩余潜力分析、开发调整优化、经济评价 7 个子系统500 余个功能模块,整体达到国际先进水平,已实现规模化应用。IRes 软件历经长期的研发与 应用过程,2002 年提出软件的研发思路和设计,十余年来以需求为导向,应用引导研发,专家引领多学 科团队,以通过技术创新解决实际生产难题为目标,在应用中不断完善。研究探讨了石油专业软件的研发 模式,指出为了推进软件研发工作,要以用户为中心,持续发展软件;以我为主,探索合作研发道路;以 人为本,建立软件人才激励制度。

Abstract: IRes software is an integrated application software, developed independently by PetroChina Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration & Development, for optimization of high water-cut oilfield development. This software has seven subsystems of geological modeling, estimation of reserves, reservoir engineering analysis, diagnosis of development contradictions, remaining potential analysis, development adjustment and optimization, and economic evaluation, including more than 500 functional modules. Generally speaking, it is an international leader and has been put into use on a large scale. IRes software have experienced a long course of research and application. The mindset and design of the software research and development was put forth in 2002. In the subsequent decade, the software research and development has been marketoriented and focused on application with the help of a multi-disciplinary expert team. The software aims at settlement of actual production bottlenecks on the basis of technological innovation. Application makes it increasingly mature. Studying and discussing the research and development pattern of petroleum specialized software, this paper points out that promotion of software research and development should be focused on users’ demand with the sustainable efforts for software research and development. Meanwhile, software research and development should be based on collaborative research and adhere to the people-oriented principles with the incentive mechanism established for software talents.
