摘要: 微流控芯片是以现代计算机芯片为基础发展起来的有特殊用途并兼具计算与测量功能的技术。进入21 世 纪以来,西方石油公司应用微流控芯片研发微缩油藏实验室,代替原有油藏实验室的功能和作用,进行油藏常规PVT 测试,测定油藏流体压力、温度、饱和度、渗透率、气液比率等参数。目前加拿大石油公司使用该设备进行重油开采 中的油藏参数分析,斯伦贝谢公司用于采油现场油藏物性参数测定,哈里伯顿公司则用于地层岩石参数测定。油藏微 流控芯片具有测试样品量极少、检测周期短、测量速度快、检测结果精度高等特点,在降低油气开采成本、提高油气 产出效率与提升油气田管理水平方面展示了突出的技术创新潜力。

Abstract: Micro-fluidic chip is a new technology, developed on the basis of modern computer chip, with both calculating and measuring functions. European and American oil companies have used micro-fluidic chip to develop a miniature reservoir laboratory since the 21st century, replacing conventional reservoir laboratory in original. It can be used to make a conventional PVT test of reservoir, measuring a series of parameters, such as fluidic pressure, temperature, saturation, permeability and gas-liquid ratio. Currently, Canadian oil companies use it to analyze reservoir parameters for heavy oil recovery. Schlumberger uses micro-fluidic chip to measure physical properties parameters of reservoir on-site. Halliburton uses it for testing the rock parameters of formation. The reservoir micro-fluidic chip has a number of characteristics, such as only need few testing samples, has not only shorting measurement period but also rapid measuring speed and high precision measurement results. It has a great potential of innovation in reducing oil and gas exploration costs, enhancing oil and gas producing efficiency and improving management of oil and gas fields.
