中国石油固井技术进展及发展建议

Suggestions on CNPC Cementing Technological Development

摘要: 经过“十二五”的技术攻关,中国石油固井技术取得很大进步,在大温差长封固段油气井、深层复杂天然气井、 页岩气及储气库井等类井的固井技术以及提高顶替效率等方面均取得重要进展;抗高温水泥浆、大温差水泥浆、韧性 水泥、磷酸盐水泥、自愈合水泥等固井材料的现场应用获得良好效果;常规固井工具日益成熟,特殊固井工具取得突破; 固井装备实现更新换代;固井质量智能化控制技术取得初步进展;水泥环密封完整性、水泥增韧改造机理等固井基础 理论研究日益深化。由于油气勘探开发对象日益复杂,以及受低油价、工作量缩减、技术竞争加剧等因素影响,“十三五” 期间固井行业将面临一系列新的挑战,需进一步提升技术创新力及核心竞争力,在复杂深井超深井、复杂天然气井、 复杂调整井、非常规油气井及井筒密封完整性等方面开展深入持续的研究工作,为油气勘探开发提供更为强有力的技 术支撑。

Abstract: Based on the technological research during the “12th Five-year Plan Period”, CNPC has made a significant progress in cementing technological areas, such as long cementing section well with a large temperature differential, deep-layer complicated natural gas well, shale gas well and gas storage well. Displacement efficiency is also improved substantially at the same time. Good results have been achieved in field application of cementing materials, such as hightemperature resistant cement slurry, large temperature differential cement slurry, flexible cement, phosphate cement, and self-healed cement. Conventional cementing tools become increasingly mature while breakthroughs are made in special cementing tools. Cementing equipment is also modernized with the progress in intelligent technology for cementing quality control. Cementing theoretical research is enhanced in the areas of cement sheath sealing integrity and set cement toughness modification mechanism. The cementing sector will face a series of new challenges in the “13th Five-year Plan Period” owing to the influences of such factors as the increasingly complicated targets for oil and gas exploration and development, low oil prices, less workload and technological competition. It is necessary to improve technological creativeness and core competitiveness. The sustainable efforts research work should be focused on complicated deep well and super-deep well, complicated natural gas well, complicated adjustment well, non-conventional oil and gas well, and wellbore sealing integrity, providing more effective technological support for oil and gas exploration and development.
