摘要： 文章介绍了中国寰球工程公司在实现核心技术重大突破、确保科技创新蓬勃发展等方面的做法、成就和经验。"十一五"期间,公司在大型乙烯、聚丙烯、LNG、聚酯、化肥等八大领域形成了具有整体优势的技术集群,获得国家授权、受理专利和省部级以上工法累计达94项,拥有具有国内先进并具竞争优势的专有技术24项,参与制订国家、行业及集团公司企业标准86项,荣获科技发明奖等各类奖项110余项,经济效益和社会效益俱佳。

Abstract: This paper introduces the practical experience and achievements of China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation (HQCEC) in making significant technical breakthroughs and ensuring vigorous development in technological innovation. During the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, HQCEC has developed systematic techniques with integral superiority in such domains as ethylene, polypropylene, LNG, polyester, and chemical fertilizer, etc, owned 94 patents authorized and handled by the State and construction methods at and above the provincial or ministerial levels, 24 know-how with competitive advantages in China, participated and drawn 86 national, industry and CNPC standards, honored with more than 110 awards including Award for Technological Invention, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
