摘要： 坚持科技创新,服务重点工程,中国石油天然气管道局在"十一五"期间,通过完善科技创新机制,搭建国家工程实验室等研发平台,面向西气东输二线等重点工程,开展技术攻关,提升了企业的科技创新能力,推动了我国油气管道行业的技术进步。

Abstract: During the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP) has adhered to technological innovation and provided service for important projects. CPP has improved capability in technological innovation and promoted China's technical progress in oil and gas pipeline industry, based on refining mechanism for technological innovation, establishing national engineering laboratories and other research platforms, and tackling key technical problems in No.2 West-East Natural Gas Pipeline and other important projects.
