摘要: 物探工程技术作为国家科技重大专项的重要课题,攻关中发挥综合一体化优势,以技术创新战略引领、协同高效组织管理、开放联合技术获取与利用、双轮驱动激励机制为主线,持续优化科技创新组织模式,完善配套机制,快速实现关键核心技术重要突破,自主创新能力显著提升,成功实践了新型举国体制科技创新。宽频高精度可控震源达到国际领先水平,实现高效、绿色勘探;百万道级地震仪器引领行业技术发展,推动地震数据采集模式变革;大型物探工程软件系统跻身全球行业先进行列,成为科技自立自强典范。技术管理创新和专项实施直接推动了地球物理勘探装备与软件实现了“从无到有”到“做大做强”的转变,显著提升了油气勘探开发服务能力和国际竞争力,为我国实现海内外油气资源战略目标提供了有力技术支撑。

Abstract: Geophysical engineering technology is an important area in the national science and technology major project. BGP Inc. has an advantage of integration in its scientific and technological research projects. Led by the technological innovation strategy, it effectively coordinated organizational management, deregulated acquirement and application of joint technology and carried out the incentive mechanism on the basis of two wheels. Meanwhile, BGP Inc. continually optimized the organizational model of technological innovation, perfected the relative mechanisms, rapidly made important breakthroughs in the key and critical technologies, remarkably improved its independent innovation ability and successfully practiced the new-type national system for technological innovation. As a result, the broadband and high-precision controllable vibrator became an international leader, bringing about high-efficiency and green exploration. The million-channel seismic instrument led the industrial technological development and promoted transformation of seismic data acquirement model. The large-scale geophysical engineering software system ranked on the forefront of the global industry and became an example for technological independence. Innovation of technological management and execution of the specialized projects directly fueled transformation of geophysical prospecting equipment and software from “nothing” to “sophisticated”, substantially improving the oil and gas exploration and development service ability and international competitiveness, and effectively supporting China for fulfillment of its strategic objectives for both domestic and overseas oil and gas resources.
