China’s Petroleum Industrial Upstream Technological Development and Its Future Research Areas

摘要: 石油天然气是全球最重要的一次能源,未来10~20年全球石油生产仍将稳中有升,天然气产量将有较快增长。我国石油企业认真落实国家油气发展战略部署,实施科技创新驱动发展战略,大力提升国内油气勘探开发力度,形成了6大技术系列和26项重大技术,上游科技创新能力和科技水平整体大幅提升,形成多项标志性成果,为攻克大型油气田勘探开发瓶颈、实现我国油气增储上产目标提供了重要的科技支撑。在新的历史时期,我国石油工业上游发展面临一系列重大挑战和技术需求,应大力实施国家科技创新战略,努力提升自主创新和原始创新能力,不断提高油气自给率。未来亟须重点攻关的方向包括石油大幅度提高采收率技术、大气田勘探与复杂气田提高采收率技术、非常规油气勘探开发技术、海洋及深水油气勘探开发技术与装备、海外油气勘探开发技术、新一代石油工程服务技术装备和数字化转型等重点领域。

Abstract: Petroleum and natural gas are the most important primary energy in the world. Global oil production will be still kept stable and rising in the next 10 to 20 years, while natural gas production will be growing rapidly. China’s oil enterprises carry out the country’s oil and gas development strategy, formulate the innovation-driven technological development strategy, spare no efforts to enhance the domestic oil and gas exploration and development, and established 26 items of important technologies in six main families, substantially improving the capability of upstream technological innovation and the overall level of science and technology. A series of benchmark results have been achieved to technically and effectively help overcome the bottlenecks for exploration and development of large-scale oil and gas fields and fulfill China’s objective for increase on the oil and gas reserves and production. China faces a series of major challenges and technological demands for its petroleum industrial upstream development in the new historical period. It is necessary to carry out the national technological innovation strategy, try hard to improve the capability for independent innovation and original innovation, and continually raise the oil and gas self-sufficient rate. The future scientific research should be focused on such key areas as the technology for substantial improvement of EOR, the technology for exploration of large-scale gas fields and EOR technology for complicated gas fields, the technology for unconventional oil and gas exploration and development, the technology equipment for offshore and deep-water oil and gas exploration and development, the technology for overseas oil and gas exploration and development, the new-generation petroleum engineering service technology and equipment, and digital transformation.
