摘要: 国内压裂设备研发坚持面向工程需求,依托国家科技重大专项,实施“产学研用”一体化攻关。以企业作为创新主体,研发团队协同创新,采用项目管理模式,建立目标导向考评机制,深度融合促成果转化。研究攻克了高可靠长寿命压裂泵技术、大排量高效混砂技术、超高压管汇技术、大功率电动机及变频技术,创新研制出5000型电动压裂机组,构建了电动压裂装置生产线及试验平台,创新了服务模式。超大功率电动成套压裂装备在涪陵、威荣、武隆等国家重大油气工程进行规模化应用,综合成本下降30%;具有功率大、效率高、噪声低等优势,为我国非常规油气高效低成本开发提供了装备保障。

Abstract: Research and development of China’s fracturing equipment is committed to the engineering demands and based on the national science and technology major projects and integration of “industry, universities, research and application”. The enterprise is taken as the innovation backbone while the R&D team makes collaboration for innovation. The project management model is adopted to establish the target-oriented examination mechanism and make transformation of achievements on the basis of in-depth integration. As a result, the research efforts led to the fracturing pump technology with high reliability and long service life, the high-efficiency sand-mixing technology with a large displacement capacity, the super-high pressure manifold technology, and the high powered electric motor and frequency converting technology. Innovation also led to manufacture of the 5000-type electrically-powered fracturing assemblage, construction of the production line for electrically-powered fracturing units and the experiment platform, and establishment of the new service model. The systematic super-high powered electric fracturing units were put into large-scale application in the national major oil and gas engineering projects in Peiling, Weirong and Wulong, reducing the comprehensive cost by 30 percent. With the advantages of high power, high efficiency and low noise, the units ensured high-efficiency and cost-effective development of unconventional oil and gas in China.
