摘要： 世界能源格局正在向清洁、高效、绿色、低碳、多元化方向发展，新能源已成为主要发达国家高度关注的热点与加快发展的重点。新能源产业是技术、人才与资金密集型产业，技术创新是产业实现高质量发展的关键。全球新能源产业与技术呈现快速发展态势，中国在太阳能、风能、地热能、生物质能、氢能等领域取得可喜成绩，中国新能源发展迈入新阶段。国际大石油公司将绿色低碳作为能源转型发展的主要方向，大力发展新能源。中国石油集团积极拥抱新能源，产业与技术布局取得重要进展。未来亟需加强战略规划和顶层设计，加快推进科技创新，提升产业核心竞争力，支撑引领公司新能源业务高质量发展。

Abstract: Global energy situation is developing towards cleanness, high-efficiency, greenness, low carbon and multi-element. New energy has become a focus of attention and an area of accelerated development in main developed countries. New energy is an industry concentrated on technology, talents and capital. Technological innovation holds the key to high-quality development of this industry. Global new energy industry and technology has a trend of rapid development. China has made satisfactory achievements in the areas of solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, biomass energy and hydrogen energy. China’s new energy industry comes under a new stage of development. International petroleum majors take greenness and low carbon as the main development direction of energy transition, sparing no efforts for new energy development. China National Petroleum Corporation is active in new energy development and makes significant progress in the industrial and technological distribution. In the future, it is necessary to step up strategic plan and top-level design, accelerate technological innovation, improve the core industrial competitiveness and bring about high-quality development of CNPC’s new energy business.
