摘要: 文章结合中国石油天然气集团公司的特点,论述了企业数字化建设的思路、目标、步骤及具体实施的一些保障措施。文章认为,"十二五"期间,中国石油的数字化建设应坚持按照信息技术发展应用总体规划,积极开展面向业务的应用集成,深化信息技术在决策支持、经营管理、生产运行三个领域的应用,按照夯实基础、应用提升、优化运营三个阶段,逐步实现由传统石油企业向数字化企业的转变。

Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of CNPC, this paper mainly discusses the ideas, objectives, steps and some specific implementations of digital construction. During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the digital construction of CNPC should adhere to the "Master Plan for Development and Application of Information Technology", actively carry out business-oriented application integration, and deepen the application of information technology to the area of decision support, management, and production operation. In accordance with the three phases of "solid foundation", "enhancing application" and "optimizing operation", it will gradually achieve the change from the traditional oil companies to digital enterprises.
