摘要: 十二五"是我国企业转变经济发展方式的关键时期,石油企业将如何运作?文章从强化科学决策、实施重点品牌带动战略、制度建设、管理创新和人才发展优先战略等方面对此进行了讨论,并提出了一些参考性意见。

Abstract: The "12th Five-Year Plan" period is critical for domestic companies to transform the mode of economic development. So what about oil companies? The authors in this paper make a discussion on it and attempt to put forward some suggestions to realize transformation by enhancing policy-making scientifically, implementing key brand strategy, carrying out system construction, promoting management innovation and talents priority.
