摘要: 科技是第一生产力,科技创新是石油企业可持续发展的动力。笔者从石油企业科技创新的三大背景出发,总结归纳了科技创新力的基本内涵和四个核心要素,提出了跨国石油公司科技创新的基本经验及增强石油企业科技创新力的六项主要措施。

Abstract: Science and technology are primary productive forces, science and technology innovation is the driving force for sustainable development of oil companies. Proceeding from the three backgrounds of science and technology innovation of oil companies, the author in this paper sums up the basic connotation and four core elements of science and technology innovation, and puts forward the basic experience of multinational oil companies in science and technology innovation and six major measures to enhance oil companies' ability in innovating science and technology.
