油井措施风险预评价模型研制与应用

Abstract: Liaohe Oilfield is mainly engaged in thermal production of heavy oil. One of the business bottlenecks facing the enterprise is how to increase production and efficiency under the low oil price environment to avoid inefficient investment. Therefore, PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Company conducted a research on pre-evaluation of economic performance for the measures taken on oil wells. All the wells for the measures are classified into four categories according to their performance while the pre-evaluation model is created with the performance-evaluating plates developed. The single-well benefit evaluating system is used as the platform to make calculations according to the principle of balance of profit and loss and determine the cut-off point of effective and invalid measures, visually making pre-evaluation of the risks for the geological processes and measures taken to increase production of oil wells, such as workover, lateral drilling, fracturing, the fill layer and plugging. The risk pre-evaluation model for oil well measures has been put into wide application in Liaohe Oilfield and achieved the purposes of lowering the investment risks for measures, optimizing the investment for measures and improving the economic efficiency of measures and the economic benefits of block development. The research result provides the quantitative tool for oilfields to evaluate the measure risks. The model can be used to make pre-evaluation of the measures taken on a variety of oil wells and has a broad prospect for application.

 

摘要: 辽河油田以稠油热采为主,低油价下如何增产增效、避免无效投入,是企业面临的经营难题。为此中国 石油辽河油田公司开展了油井措施经济效益预评价方法研究,所有措施井按效益高低分成4 类,创建预评价模型,研 制效益评价图版。以单井效益评价系统为平台,根据盈亏平衡原理取值计算,确定措施有效与无效的分界点,直观地 对油井大修、侧钻、压裂、补层、解堵等增油类地质工艺措施进行风险预评价。油井措施风险预评价模型通过在辽河 油田广泛应用,取得了较好效果,达到了降低措施投资风险、优化措施投入、提高措施经济有效率及区块开发效益的 目的。该项研究成果为油田生产企业措施风险评估提供了量化工具,适用于各类油井措施预评价,具有较大的推广前景。
