老油田实施数智油田建设研究与思考——以大港油田为例

Abstract: The digital upsurge is profoundly influencing and restructuring global industrial pattern thanks to extensive application of such technologies as artificial intelligence, block chains, cloud computing, big data and edge computing. To consolidate their positions in the future energy world, the old oilfields should keep themselves with the digital tide and make efforts for construction of digital and intelligent oilfields, accelerating their transformation and upgrading for high-quality development. Dagang Oilfield has taken the following measures in its efforts for construction of digital and intelligent oilfield: (1) It made the plans in advance and optimized the top-level design. Oriented at the problems and based on the “421” planning principle (namely ecological configuration at four levels, two security systems and one development prospect), the oilfield clarified the general goal – the ecologically operating system of the digital and intelligent oilfield characterized in digitalization, automation, integration,free from paper, intelligence and flatness. (2) It made the detailed implementation plans and optimized the operation situation, including the intelligence-study situation synergize exploration and development, the intelligence controlling situation for on-the-site services, the intelligence regulating situation for production and operation, and the intelligence analyzing situation for making business decisions, while identifying the implementation route, locating the projects for implementation and consolidating the data basis. (3) The oilfield kept itself abreast of the times enhanced the driving force for innovation. It continually strengthened the efforts for application of new technology, development of independent products, and innovation of management pattern. It took a series of measures in preparation for organization, mechanism, fund and talents, thus promoting information progress and injecting vigor and energy into the old oilfield for solving new problems, making new breakthroughs and bringing about new development in the new times.

摘要: 随着人工智能、区块链、云计算、大数据、边缘计算等技术的普及应用,数字化浪潮正在深刻影响并重塑全球工业格局。老油田要在未来能源世界中立足,应从提高认识入手,主动顺应数字化潮流,开展数智油田建设,推进企业转型升级高质量发展。大港油田在数智油田建设中:(1)坚持规划先行,优化顶层设计。始终以问题为导向,按照“421”规划思路,明确总体目标,即全面建成以“六化”为标志的数智油田生态运营体系。(2)坚持以点带面,细化方案部署。优选实施场景,包括勘探开发协同智能研究场景、作业现场智能监控场景、生产运行智能管控场景、经营管理决策智能分析场景等,明确实施路径,精选实施项目,夯实数据基础。(3)坚持与时俱进,强化创新驱动。不断加大新技术应用力度、自主产品培育力度、管理模式创新力度。做好组织、机制、资金、人才方面的保障措施,推动信息进步,为老油田在新时代破解新难题、取得新突破、实现新发展注入新的活力和动能。
