贝克休斯远程作业发展历程及启示

Abstract: Baker Hughes remote services experienced a number of development stages, such as authentication of technological feasibility, exploration of commercial operational model, realization of economic expansion, and mobility and automation. The company has gradually established a sustainable development model in this area. So far as adjustment of the service model was concerned, Baker Hughes focused on the preliminary plan for process adjustment, paid attention to the human factors in changes of service method and promote research and development of remote technology. Remote services of China’s oilfield service companies are still in the initial development stage and face inadequate coverage rate, low data acquisition automation, and low supporting and decision-making intelligence. The experiences of Baker Hughes can be borrowed to enhance the digital development conception, improve the transformation ability, perfect the design of remote center, clarify the duties of remote centers at all levels, promote key technological research, bring about loop automated control over petroleum engineering services, accelerate development of AI technology and improve support capacity for remote services.

 

摘要: 贝克休斯公司远程作业经历了论证技术可行性、探索商业运营模式、实现规模经济,到移动化自动化等主要发展阶段,逐渐探索出可持续的发展方式。贝克休斯在作业方式调整中,注重流程调整的前期规划,关注作业方式变化中人的因素,推动远程技术的研发应用。我国油服公司的远程作业仍处于发展初级阶段,面临着覆盖率不高、数据采集自动化程度低、支撑决策智能化程度低等问题,可借鉴贝克休斯的经验,强化数字化发展理念,提升转型执行能力;完善远程中心设计,明确各级远程中心职责;推进核心技术攻关,实现石油工程作业闭环自动控制;加快发展人工智能技术,提升远程支撑能力。
