Abstract: On the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology, CNPC Jichai Power Equipment Company independently researched and developed H16V190 gas engine and generator set. Through the air fuel ratio control, high energy ignition, Miller circulation and high compression ratio, etc. , gas fuel generator set have got high power capacity and economical efficiency, the mean effective pressure of the engine is up to 16. 5bar and the heat consumption rate is 9500kJ/ (kW穐), so the performance has been on domestic advanced level. H16V190 gas generator set series have been successively applied to key projects including offshore platforms of CNOOC, Niger and so on. Being characterized with low pressure inlet, the units are widely employed in biogas and coal mine gas and other social power markets, with a good basis for popularization and application.
