    V2. 0 System-Field Seismic Acquisition Quality Control Software System

    To meet the demand for high-efficiency seismic acquisition technology and solve the bottlenecks of seismic acquisition real-time and quantitative quality control, Northwest Branch of PetroChina Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development created the key technology of real-time, quantitative and comprehensive control over seismic acquisition quality in its efforts to analyze the demand for high-efficiency seismic acquisition technology at various levels. It has developed “field seismic acquisition quality control software system” which includes three versions of field real-time monitoring, comprehensive analysis and remote control. The system provides a unified platform for seismic acquisition crews as well as field monitoring and management departments to make joint supervision and appraisal of seismic acquisition operational quality, bringing about informatization of monitoring and supervision on seismic data acquisition quality. Application of the system improves single shot supervision efficiency by seven to eight times, saving operational time and raising the seismic exploration quality from the beginning.
    GeoFrac-Seismic Fractures Prediction Software System

    GeoFrac, a seismic fractures prediction software system, uses a variety of information, such as geological, logging and seismic information, for analysis and prediction of fractures and identifies fractures of different sizes level by level. It provides an integrated solution for fractured oil and gas reservoirs, acquires the structural characteristics by means of geological and logging data, adopts high-precision post-stack technology for acquisition of information like slim fractures and low-amplitude structures, and focuses on pre-stack wide azimuth seismic data for detailed prediction of micro fractural development zone. The system also uses the color-code synthesis principle to merge a multiple of attributes and adopts 3D carving technology to depict distribution of fractures in the exploration zone, providing references for appraisal of effectiveness and deployment of well positions. This software system aims at seven categories of reservoirs like carbonate rock and compact muddy limestone. Application of the software system has achieved good results in deployment of well positions in the hot-spot exploration zones both at home and abroad.

    The low-frequency vibrator is a novel seismic signal excitation device that has been redesigned to the vibrator and hydraulic system completely on the basis of conventional vibrator. It broke through the technical? bottlenecks of the traditional vibrator in stimulating low-frequency seismic signals and allowed low-frequency vibration signals exciting. The technical advantages of low frequency vibrator showed that the effectively workable excitation frequencies could be 3-120Hz and the effective output signal was 1. 5Hz by using the phase transformation function constraint in the scanning signal design; the structure design of the vibrator can fully satisfy maximum flow requirements of the system under the low frequency limit of 3Hz; the flow distribution technology of the hydraulic pump is efficiently applied to meet the needs of the hydraulic system for flow rate; the flow conversion of the hydraulic system and driving system are controlled by industrial computer (Plus One) with safe redundant design; independent patent seismic isolation design and I-shaped slabbed construction based on the isostress design are developed, thus the nonlinear effect in transmitting signals and signal catching capability of equivalent mass to the earth have been improved significantly. The low-frequency seismic exploration technology has been fully verified in the engineering practice such as in imaging targets covered by deep pre-salt igneous rocksand shallow igneous rock, and showed its capacity that low frequency seismic signals could solve complex geological target imaging.

    GeoGME V2. 0, is developed on the basis of GeoEast interpretation system platform. It can be used for modeling, forward modeling, pre-processing and processing of data, interactive editing and graphing, and comprehensive interpretation. It is able to process the whole flow of gravity, magnetic, magnetotelluric (MT), time - frequency electromagnetic (TEEM) data. GeoGME V2. 0 owns a completely independent intellectual property right, including special software packages for gravity, magnetic, magnetotelluric, time - frequency electromagnetic data. It leads the world in performance of the industrial software.

    During the middle and later oilfield development periods, the main purpose of EOR is to look for the potential layers and remaining oil in the thick layers, improving oilfield development. Currently, a number of problems exist in the domestic dynamic monitoring and pressure testing of oil producing wells and application of remaining oil saturation logging method for the high water-cut period, such as low precision of measurement on water-cut rate as well as high cost for testing of a single layer. Both Chinese and foreign remaining oil saturation logging methods cannot acquire the liquid properties and pressure of a single layer. BH-WFT wireline layering test system is developed to solve this bottleneck in monitoring of development wells. The wireline transmission method is adopted to send the two-packer downhole instrument to the target layer. The formation pressure, fluid temperature, water-cut rate and fluidic sample of producing pay are acquired to test a single layer by means of natural gamma correction, single-layer packing, pump discharging liquid and real-time monitoring technology. The dynamic detailed data of producing pay are quickly provided so that the plan for next stage can be adjusted on a scientific, reasonable and reliable basis.

    This paper briefs about research and design of formation element and mineralogy (FEM) logging tool. BGO crystal prober is used to significantly improve the detection efficiency of gamma rays as compared to the traditional NaI (TI) prober. The boron sleeve with a certain thickness is wrapped on the outside of the tool in order to eliminate the background gamma caused by the tool itself. The analysis is made of the design and procedure of control circuit for acquisition, element standard spectra obtained by Monte Carlo modeling, the method of spectral processing, and oxides closure model. FEM logging tool is tested for simulated well and on-the-site logging. The results confirm that FEM logging curves can desirably reflect lithological characters of strata in different regions.

    This paper analyzes the present conditions of electromagnetic propagation resistivity LWD tool both at home and abroad and comes up with the necessity and urgency of research and development of electromagnetic propagation resistivity LWD tool. The general design plan is based on the measurement principle and designing indexes of electromagnetic propagation resistivity LWD tool. The research and design are focused on electromagnetic propagation resistivity method, design of antenna, mechanical structure and electronic circuit. The 3D limited element method is used to bring electromagnetic LWD under numerical simulation study, optimizing the design of tool structure and probing characters. The design is also optimized for drilling collar mechanical layout, antenna structure and threading hole structure while the detailed design of circuit is focused on how to acquire attenuation amplitude of high-frequency weak acceptance signals and phase differential information. The tool is tested on the field after its successful research and development. The results indicate that the tool is good at compatibility and repeatability of logging curves and satisfies the demand for geological pilot and formation interpretation and evaluation.

    NMR logging technology can provide abundant formation information and plays an irreplaceable role in logging evaluation of complicated lithological and complex oil and gas reservoirs. MRT6910 multi-frequency NMR logging tool is China’s first centered NMR logging tool with an independent intellectual property right at the present time. This paper introduces and analyzes this tool in the areas of hardware design, observation mode design, and data acquisition and interpretation. Currently, MRT6910 multi-frequency NMR logging tool is used in a number of oilfields with good application results achieved. All the indexes have reached the same level of international similar instruments.

    It is now the key stage to fully make petroleum drilling engineering intelligent and informatized. To cover the specializations of drilling, well log, logging and downhole service, the information sharing platform has been constructed for various systems of well-site data acquisition, data transmission, video monitoring, equipment control, TV conference, production adjustment and production operation and statistics. A well-site digital office center has been established to ensure operation of the systems of A7, ERP and A12, bringing about highefficiency management of the specialized data concerning work safety as well as exploration and development. Successful application of well-site digital office center satisfies the demand for real-time management of production, acquisition and analysis of dynamic data, and on-the-site and remote command and emergency response. Meanwhile, as the office site for the multi-disciplinary service crews on the field, it also satisfies the demand for TV conference, data transmission and on-the-field control, thus fully improving the intelligent and informatized technological level on the drilling site providing management in detail.

    KCLog-CIS1. 0 casing well logging interpretation system applies for post-casing logging interpretation and evaluation, which aims at high - efficiency management of casing well data, improvement of logging interpretation and evaluation efficiency and comprehensiveappraisal on a variety of data. The interpretation system is developed with a function to show the graphs of multi-depth ratio from the same window. The process is matched with some innovative technologies, such as the person - machine interactive modular processing work flow technology and the unified cementing mud density filling imaging appraisal technology. It can function for highefficiency management of data, visualized data processing, logging application integrated development, rapid data appraisal, real-time graph display and graphics presentation for results. A multiple of logging interpretation methods and characteristic logging interpretation technologies are developed and integrated to enhance comprehensive interpretation and appraisal of logging data of different types as well as application capability of those functions. The system is able to satisfy the demand for wellbore integrated appraisal of casing well logging evaluation, the demand of different users, and the demand for oilfield development. With clear effects on logging data processing, the interpretation system is a good work platform for casing well logging interpretation and evaluation.

    This paper briefs about the measurement principle, technological indexes and application results of microwave water holdup logging tool and presents a logging tool of producing liquid profile which can measure water-cut ratio. The interpretation plate of microwave water holdup logging tool is made to confirm the interpretation precision of the tool. The two-phase flow experiment and actual logging results confirm that microwave water holdup logging tool can accurately measure the water-cut ratio of producing liquid at different levels at the high water-cut well.

    The number of deep wells and super-deep wells are continually rising with development of China’s deep-layer and offshore oil and gas resources, thus leading to a higher demand for setting depth of coiled tubing service. The conventional coiled tubing (CT) with a single wall thickness, constrained by its own hanging weight, has a limited setting depth and is difficult to satisfy the demand for setting depth in the deep well and super-deep well services. CNPC Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co. Ltd. has developed a kind of CT with a variable wall thickness, which adopts the uniformly changing prefabricated wall thickness made of the steel strip as a variable wall thickness in the transition period. This kind of CT with a variable wall thickness is uniform and stable for different wall thicknesses, with a remarkable weight -reducing result. The remaining tensile strength is uniform at various levels and has a high safety coefficient. The test on strength, static hydraulic pressure, rigidity of fine texture and low-cycle fatigue confirms this kind of CT reaches the requirements on the steel grade of CT90.

    Aimed at the demand of drilling rigs for reduction of weight, ultra-high strength steel wire rope meets the need for rig rope used for ZJ90 and ZJ80. Compacted wire rope of EEIP grade, with new performance, is developed on the basis of the research on structure and functions of wire rope. As compared to ordinary drilling steel wire rope, this product is improved by more than 12 percent for its tested breaking force and 70 percent for its anti-fatigue function while its wear resistance is doubled. The steel wire rope is reduced in diameter but reaches the requirements of drilling rig. This is a major technological upgrading of drilling steel wire rope, laying a solid technical foundation for reduction of rig weight in China.

    Replacement of conventional tubing and casing heads as well as Christmas tree not only needs a lot of time and effort but also involves potential risks. Casing and tubing heads are designed as an integration so that drilling, oil testing and well completion can be completed in the process of services without replacement of wellhead devices and surface facilities, reducing re-installation and pressure testing of wellheads, BOP and choke manifolds and kill manifolds as well as tripping of drilling tools and pipe string. Using API Spec 6A flange, this tubing and casing head is characterized for minimum volume, convenience in operation, superior sealing capability and high hanging capacity. Field application at TZ-351H Well and Yue 101-95-X1 Well show these tubing and casing heads can shorten drilling time by about six days with the drilling expense saved by more than 1 million yuan for each well. In addition, the safety risks related well control can be reduced by more than 60 percent.

    Kuqa foothill zone of Tarim Oilfield is rich in oil and gas resources. However, the ultra-thick conglomerate layer of Kuqa zone, hard-to-control high pressure salt layer and ultra-hard and highly abrasive pay zone severely impact drilling time and cost. To solve the bottlenecks of drilling performance improvement in Kuqa foothill zone of Tarim Basin, Houston research center and Tarim Oilfield jointly launched a technological project to focus on the rock drillablity of the pay zone and analyze the drilling bits used on the field. Based on appraisal and optimization of cutter, specific design of bit and the test-modification-retest efforts on the field, a series of technologies focusing on bit application and drilling performance improvement have been developed at last with independent intellectual property rights, making a significant technological breakthrough in this area and breaking the technological monopoly of foreign drilling bit manufacturers.
    Highly Reliable Drilling Rod of S Grade

    Petroleum drilling has seen more and more deep wells, super-deep wells and horizontal wells with large displacement in recent years. The wear and inefficiency rates of drilling tools are increased owing to significant improvement of drilling rate and drilling pressure. The API-certified drilling rod of S135 steel grade has high risks for such well cases and application. The reliability of highly-reliable drilling rod of S grade is improved at the three positions of the drilling rod that are the easiest to become inefficient. The thermal treatment process parameters are optimized to solve the contradictions in improvement of strength and tenacity so far as some of drilling rod materials is concerned. Impact energy of the developed tube body at -20℃ is raised by more than 109 percent under the high strength of 930. 825MPa, while horizontal impact energy of joint at - 10℃ is raised by more than 48 percent. The unique tube - end homogeneously heating technology, matched with mechanical tube-end thickening process, is used to the tube end making the length of inner transitional zone exceed 130mm. R≥300mm at the vanishing point of inner transitional zone, effectively reducing stress concentration to avoid drill rod thorn leakage. A new type of joint thread (BHDX) is adopted for the joint, thus improving torsional strength more than 35 percent as compared to API joint of the same specification. The designed service life of the drilling rod is significantly increased as compared to the ordinary API -certified drilling rod of S steel grade, obviously improving application reliability of the drilling rod.

    To reduce the manufacturing cost of drilling bit and improve the quality of bit products, Drilling Bit Manufacturer of CNPC Bohai Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd. introduced a steel-body PDC bit. This product was based on the latest digital integration technology, optimization of bit-shape design, teeth-arranging design, passage design, 3D modeling, and five-axial digital-programming and processing. As a result, the drilling bit is significantly improved in design, productivity and quality, becoming an industrial leader at home. The steel-body bit is cost-effective and good for its quality, with a broad prospect for application.

    With improvement of drilling process technology, customers come up with higher and higher requirements on drilling fluid circulation manifold. On one hand, drilling fluid circulation manifold is required to have high pressure-bearing capacity. On the other hand, drilling fluid quality is required to be improved. By means of the computer 3D modeling technology, strictly verified calculation and repeated field experiments, the manufacturer independently developed the high-pressure drilling fluid circulation manifold losing less pressure of drilling fluid and allowing a high-quality passage of drilling fluid. Meanwhile, it standardized production process strictly according to the petroleum industrial standards and API standards, making the product a domestic leader in terms of technology. Field application indicated that this product was strong for its pressure bearing capacity, cost-effective, easy for installation, widely applicable and able to be used as a module matching with deep well drilling rig and complicated well.
    Azimuth Gamma Logging Tool While Drilling

    In the heterogeneously distributed area of thin oil and gas pay zones with a varying dip angle, use of gamma LWD instrument for measurements is unable to accurately judge the upper and lower positions of the target layer when the drilling bit reaches the interface between two layers, easily leading to wrong decisions and affecting effective drilling rate of the target layer. The measurement functions of azimuth gamma LWD instrument can be performed through offset installation of gamma probe, quick identification of sector barrier and sector position, and data processing technology and method. This azimuth gamma LWD instrument can make real-time measurement in the logging-while-drilling process and separately display the gamma values of the upper and lower sides of the borehole as well as the average natural gamma value of the peripheral rock off the borehole. When used on the site, it can accurately determine changes in the level series and timely and precisely help the on-the-site geologists and directional engineers with their service work, effectively improving the drilling rate of reservoirs.
    CQ-ACAP Wellbore Preservatives for Oil Wells

    Focusing on corrosion of drilling tools caused by the combined effects of CT and dissolved oxygen from the brine drilling fluid system used in Shell Changbei Block, CQ-ACAP well preservatives for oil wells are developed indoors, which include oxygen scavengers (G713-CY) used for oil and gas fields and drilling fluid inhibitor (G709-ZHY). These two products can be directly added into drilling fluid according to the proportions to suppress corrosion of drilling tools while removing dissolve oxygen. Dynamic cycle oxygen-removing rate reaches 99 percent. The dissolve oxygen content of the system can be reduced to 0. 1 mg/ L in one hour. The “zero oxygen” effect can last 72 hours. Dynamic corrosion inhibiting rare is higher than 88 percent. The products are obviously superior in technology, price and environmental protection as compared to the same products both at home and abroad. They have been continuously used in Shell Changbei Block for six years, showing a good compatibility with Shell brine drilling fluid system. Meanwhile, they can suppress pitting corrosion and erosion and effectively protect drilling tools to extend their service life, significantly reducing production cost. These products can be also used in the water injection manifolds of oilfields, gathering systems and complex annular protection fluid, thus having a broad market prospect for application.

    As the under-balance and pressure-managing drilling technology develops in the deep-layer, low-permeability, offshore and non-conventional areas, the largest diameter of central pipe and the highest dynamic seal pressure of the existing domestic rotary BOP device meet the current market demand. It is necessary to develop high-pressure and large-diameter rotary BOP that can both seal the 139. 7mm-diameter and 168. 3mm-diameter drilling rods and bear dynamic sealing pressure of 21MPa and static sealing pressure of 35MPa. Based on the rotary BOP of XK35-17. 5/35 type, Chuanqing Drilling & Production Research Institute has innovatively designed the high-pressure and large-diameter rotary dynamic sealing assembly, optimized and designed the hydraulic clamps and shell assembly, upgraded and improved the hydraulic control system, and successfully developed the high-pressure rotary BOP of XK-21/35(220) type. The indoor and field experiments indicate that the rotary BOP of XK21/35(220) type operates normally with an excellent sealing ability and a high operability. All the functional indexes meet the requirements of design.

    The coupling unit is packaged with long-stroke engine, which has a number of advantages, such as large power, operational reliability, simplified and customer-tailored configuration, and lower installation cost. CO1300-3/20 coupling unit uses an electronic throttle operation device, enabling local manual control and remote electronic control to fuel the injection pump. This coupling unit is widely used in drilling services at oilfields and meets the demand for large power and low speed. It can operate stably under the full load and complicated working conditions. The coupling unit is modularly-designed, tightly-structured and easy for installation and movement.

    The new-type reverse coupling unit CO1300F-3/25 is developed in the efforts to meet the demand for development of new-type drilling rig. It uses the long-stroke engine for power and is matched with YOTFJ875FLsh reverse coupler. Characterized for large power, the coupling unit is reliable in operation and works together with the series of F-1600 large-power mud pumps. This paper briefs about the structural indexes, characteristics, advantages and key technologies of this unit as well as wide application in drilling services at oilfields. The coupling unit is skid-mounted and easy for installation and movement for field application in different oilfields.

    In the non-conventional oil and gas area like heavy oil and oil sand, high-precision positioning and real-time navigation are required for drilling wells in relation to target well location and borehole trajectory in order to meet the special drilling requirements on such complicated wells. Therefore, to solve these technological bottlenecks, the efforts are focused on the distribution law of rotary magnetic field under the interfered environment and the study of the inter-well relative positioning and navigation methods, establishment of downhole artificial magnetic source for optimization of the design and calibration theoretical system of testing, and development of a set of methods for positioning algorithm and filtration of weak magnetic field signals. In addition, a series of products was independently and successfully developed, such as dual horizontal well magnetic piloting tool and relief well magnetic piloting tool. Experiment and industrialization of this series breaks the long-term monopoly of foreign technology. Based on the innovative mindset and work principle of those products, some follow-up products are also developed and used in a number of different fields, establishing presence in the domestic magnetic piloting sector on a long-term basis.

    Amine-based drilling fluid system DRABM is a new-type high-quality water-based drilling fluid developed independently by CNPC Drilling Engineering and Technological Research Institute, which is composed of SIAT, inhibitor filtrate loss reducer and lubricant. The test of shale cutting recovery ratio indicates that SIAT has a strong adsorption effect on the surface of shale and is able to inhibit hydration of shale effectively and improve the shale cutting recovery ratio obviously. Field application shows that amine-based drilling fluid system can inhibit hydration swelling and dispersion of most of surfactant shale and keep a good stability of well wall.

    The annulus pressure while drilling (PWD) system may provide real-time annulus pressure data to improve management of downhole pressure, prevent downhole complexities and increase drilling efficiency. The DRPWD system developed independently by CNPC Drilling Research Institute can provide real-time annulus pressure data, temperature, natural gamma and directional parameters at the time of drilling. The data is real-time conveyed to the surface in the form of mud pulse, providing engineers with the decision-making data. With two size specifications, this system has been tested for nearly 20 wells, achieving good application results. It has a broad application prospect for pressure-managing drilling and under-balance drilling services.

    In drilling process of directional wells, displacement wells, horizontal wells and small holes, it is difficult to apply weight on bit. And in the drilling process of vertical holes, anti-deviation or straightening hole have interaction effect on ROP. To solve the abovementioned problems, hydraulic thrusters are successfully developed by means of piston principle and flexible pressure of fluid. Hydraulic thrusters can be used to apply stable WOB, prevent wells from deviating and protect drill strings and drill bits. On the basis of the application data of hydraulic thrusters for Well TK915-4, Well TK873 and Well TH12199 and the data of well deviation, bit conditions and ROP compared with adjacent wells, the paper analyzes the application effects of hydraulic thruster YTJ in controlling deviation, improving rate of penetration, protecting drill bit sand drilling tools, etc. The results show that hydraulic thrusters can not only prevent borehole inclination but also effectively improve ROP, reduce bit bouncing, protect bits and drill strings, reduce downhole accident probability, reduce non-productive time, and thus increase economic benefit.
    Technique for Replacing Spool Using Retrievable Casing Plugging Valve

    In the process of well testing and oil production, drilling spools need to be replaced with production spools as per technical requirements. In the operations, the wellhead is out of control for a period of time, so that there is a great potential safety hazard for well control. The conventional method to handle the problem is to temporarily seal off the wellhead with a bridge plug or to replace the spool with a multi-function testing tubing string. The measure can ensure the essential safety of operations, but the multifunctional tubing string has some disadvantages, such as complicated structure, longer operation period, casing damage caused by drilling and milling the bridge plug, troubles of retrievable bridge-plug tools which are difficult to deal with and so on. All of these problems are unfavorable to oil and gas well safe and efficient development. To eliminate the above problems, engineering technical personnel of Tarim Oilfield developed retrievable casing plugging valves used to plug casing when replacing spool in well testing and workover operations. With an operational pressure of 52MPa, the tool is mainly composed of a sealing unit, a setting and releasing unit, anchoring unit and running and retrieving unit, etc. The pressure test can be conducted before the tools being retrieved, and established a passage for well killing. A good result has been obtained on field application, such as the time for replacing the spools was decreased from 176h to 11h, and the one-time success rate reached 100%, which improved the wellbore integrity and reduced the operation costs.
    Multifunctional Cementing Unit

    When the existing cementing unit has finished pumping cement slurry, a plug needs dropping and pressure needs holding to close the circulation channel. This tends to create a poorly-sealed cement pumping channel and cause the slurry to flow back, which affects the cementing quality. In order to handle the problems mentioned above, the new type multifunctional cementing tool was developed to effectively solve the problem that circulating channel is hard to close after bumping the plug. The plug seat of the new product is made of a new material and is easy to drill without any ring space left, so that it can effectively reduce the risk from subsequent operations. The product is simple and reasonable in structure and convenient to operate, so it can reduce operation procedures and improve work efficiency. And the cementing pumping channel can be opened and closed safely and reliably. It has been used for 138 wells in Dagang, Jidong and other oilfields, shortening the average completion time by 6-12 hours.

    On the basis of the theoretical research on the quantitative matching relationship between surfactants and low acid value crude oil, the alkyl benzene sulfonates surfactants have been developed suitable for oil displacement in Daqing Oilfield by using heavy alkyl benzene as raw material, and created the analysis method for heavy alkyl benzene raw materials and products, refining processing techniques, special sulfonated technology for wide-fraction alkyl benzene raw materials, and the integrated technology for neutralization and combination, the new surfactant has realized the large-scale production. The result of field application showed that the properties of the product are the same as those of foreign products, its recovery rate was 20% higher than that of water drive oil method,which promoted the development of ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield, and improved the core competitiveness of CNPC on tertiary oil recovery.

    In order to realize the single-well automation and intelligent production, an oilfield RTU control system was developed by using the programmable controller system PLC as a core, which has been used commonly at abroad and easy to form field automation control. It is also equipped with input and output modules of high reliability, power acquisition module and GPRS module. Some key technologies such as large capacity storage, low energy consumption, wireless testing, wireless data transmission are applied to the system so that it can adapt to harsh field working conditions. It is stable in performance, safe and reliable, convenient to use and is able to prevent rain, sand and theft. By means of the application of PLC technology in the control system, the walking beam and pumping speed can automatically be adjusted, allowing intelligent production, so that the whole system including the pumping unit, sucker rod, oil-well pump can be coordinated in the best way. This improves the system efficiency, greatly reduces labor intensity and promotes the construction of intelligent oilfield.

    Layered fracturing in low permeability reservoirs needs the fracturing tools bearing high pressure, high temperature and preventing sand from sloughing. The newly developed sand control packer includes a sand control device, a disengage device and a passage for reverse well flushing. By using bilayer steel wire woven and sliding sealed components, its pressure-bearing capacity is enhanced and obtained stable performance in high pressure test. Layered fracturing pipe string that equipped with linkage sliding sleeve and sand control packer can permit stage-by-stage packing, separate-stage removal and double sealing with single clamp. The string can be disconnected and perform fishing jobs stage by stage after sand sticking. Field application shows that multi-layer fracturing tool-sand control packer improved the adaptability, pertinency and safety of layer fracturing tool, so that it can effectively meet the needs for multi-layer fracturing in low permeability reservoirs.

    In order to meet the needs for staged fracturing in horizontal open hole in low-permeability Sulige gas field, long expansive rubber sleeve packer for open hole fracturing was developed independently to isolate the open hole section in stages in the operations. According to actual situations at the wellsite, the related designs as basic expansion structure, hydraulic valve assembly and molding process are adopted, so that the packer is able to adapt to different well sizes and resist to high temperature and pressure. The open hole staged fracturing pipe string is composed of the packer, hanger, dropping sliding sleeve, differential pressure sliding sleeve and other downhole tools, and it has been used for 11 wells in Sulige gas field, with the success rate of 100%, which can meet the needs forstaged fracturing in horizontal hole sections in this block, and provide the strong technical support for wide application of the staged fracturing techniques in horizontal wells.
    Compound Resin Used as Blockage Agent for Leakage Breaking Through Casing

    Compound resin used for blockage agent for leakage breaking through casing can solve a series of problems arising from various causes during the high water-cut period, such as leakage of oil wells and water wells, casing damage and casing deformation. The basic formula can satisfy the formation temperature from 40℃ to 110℃ while the controllable reaction time is three to eight hours. The tensile strength of cured samples ranges from 10. 8MPa to 13MPa, the compressive strength from 13MPa to 87MPa and the anti-shearing strength from 9. 2MPa to 28. 9MPa. The dissolution rate of cured samples is lower than 1 percent when soaked respectively in the solutions of 10% HCI, 10% NaOH and 10% NaCI for 24 hours at the temperature of 100℃. Field application of chemical composite resin for preventing casing leakage showed that it had high mechanical strength after solidifying, and had strong penetration ability to the permeable channels, with better durability, higher technical reliability and process success rate.

    Frac plug is an important multistage fracturing tool, which is extensively used for fracturing renovation of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs like shale oil and gas reservoirs and compact oil and gas reservoirs. Plug and peroration has become the major technique in multistage fracturing for unconventional oil and gas development both in North America and China because it can bring about fracturing at any positions and unlimitedly with a high positioning accuracy and a high packing reliability. CNPC and USA has developed a frac plut which is made of high-strength composite materials except for its slips and elements. This tool passed ISO-14310 qualification test. It can bear a pressure of 70MPa and a temperature of 150℃, showing an excellent drillability. With good setting reliability and sealing performance, this product is an international leader in terms of functions. It has been tested at a dozen of wells in Changqing and Sichuan- Chongqing areas with a 100 percent success rate.

    Bridge plug fracturing technology is the main technology used for unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs reconstruction abroad, it can realize volume fracturing of large displacement, large volume of sand and liquid. Tight oil and gas reserves in Ordos basin are abundant. To promote the effective development of the reservoirs and provide technical means for the sustained and stable yield of 50 million tons, by analyzing the reservoir characteristics, equipment capability and natural conditions, Changing Oilfield established an objective that bridge plug could be fast flowback after fracturing, and lower the development cost. By conducting structural design, ground simulation setting and matching experiments, indoor pressure-bearing and milling test, the BIG BORE fast-drilling bridge plug was developed, which featured with “large drift diameter, high pressure-bearing capacity, high heat resistance and fast drilling”. The field application showed that BIG BORE fast-drilling bridge plug could efficiently reconstruct horizontal wells and allow production after fracturing operations without the need for drilling. It provides key technology for the efficient development of tight oil and gas reservoirs in Changqing Oilfield, and has become one of the major technologies for volume fracturing of tight oil in Changing Oilfield. CNPC has authenticated that the technology meets the domestic leading level.

    The gas wells in Changqing Gasfield are generally characterized with low pressure, low yield and tight gas reservoirs containing a little water. Late production of gas wells is affected seriously by liquid loading. To eliminate liquid loading in gas wells, we conducted the study into drainage gas recovery technology and developed the MI (Metalloid Integration) plunger gas-lift drainage gas recovery system by combining metalloid plunger with integration plunger controller. The system has the function of remote control, allowing remote control and automatic optimization, implementing fine technology management and saving manpower and material resources. Up till now, it has been applied to more than 300 wells in Changing oilfield and Hainan Fushan oilfield. After the application, the average gas production of the wells is increased by 0. 23?04m3 per day. The system effectively avoid liquid loading in gas wells and provides an economic and effective technical method for tight gas reservoirs and the later production of low yield gas wells.

    MR series truck-mounted workover rigs are assembled by applying a special cross-country chassis as the carrier, and equipped with drawworks, derrick, substructure and other auxiliary equipment. With reasonable power matching, and stable and reliable performance, they can meet the technological requirements of various oilfield workover operations, both overhauls and minor repairs. By using the innovated integration technology, integrated pressurized service workover rigs were developed, realizing dynamic integration, transportation, moving and installation integration, and operation and control integration; by applying LNG power fuel gas supply technology and super capacitor energy storage technology, series products including new power energy workover rigs and electric energy storage workover rigs were developed.     High pressure reciprocating plunger pumps are the main oil production equipment to guarantee the stable production and high yield of oilfields, and improve crude oil recovery. They are characterized with constant flow rate, high pressure and strong adaptability to the transmitted mediums (liquids). At present, there is an increase in both the difficulty in crude oil production and the demands for low running costs of water injection pump stations, the higher requirements for high reliability, high viscosity stabilizing and intelligent diagnosis control for remote operations of plunger pumps are put forward. CNPC Bohai Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd. developed special technology for longer service life, higher viscosity stabilizing and intelligence through continuous digestion and innovation. The paper introduced the structure, functions, technical parameters and innovation points in high reliability plunger pumps, high viscosity-stabilizing polymer injection pumps, and intelligence diagnosis control system for plunger pumps operations. Field applications have proven that the maintenance cycles of the plunger pumps are greatly extended, the crude oil recovery is improved and the operation costs of water injection pump stations are reduced. And the digitization, standardization and normalization management level for water injection pump stations are overall improved.

    Electric heating hollow rods and matching devices are designed to heat the crude oil in the tubing by passing a cable through the hollow sucker rod to form a loop. To apply to the extraction of high condensate oil, and high viscosity and high waxy oil, designs are optimized and products improved, which specifically include: optimizing the sucker rod string design and class H high strength hollow sucker rod. At present, the combination of three levels is applied in Tarim Oilfield, the heating depth up to 1600 m and the pump setting depth to 3000-3300 m respectively. The newly developed intelligent intermediate frequency heating control cabinet has advantages, such as fast speed, high precision and powerful control functions. It also has a wide starting voltage range, which adapts to large places where there is a large voltage fluctuation of the power grid. Heating cable is made of reinforced steel wires so as to increase the tensile strength of the cable. New type double sealing structure with good sealing conditions is designed to handle oil spills at wellheads. The device is characterized with simple structure and high thermal efficiency so that it has been widely applied in all oil fields in China.
    BH-MCET Memory Cement Bond Evaluation Logging Tools

    In the process of cement bond evaluation logging for highly-deviated wells, horizontal wells and extended reach wells that kick off at shallow depth under complex conditions, conventional drilling tools are used to running the wet-connectors in hole for connection. The method results in problems including low logging timeliness, poor safety and high costs. Advanced memory, high precision depth measurement and time double-control starting technologies are innovated and applied to the memory cement bond evaluation logging system. In the process of logging, the downhole instrument are connected to drill pipe and lowered into the bottom of hole directly. In this way, the new-type buffer nipple can effectively prevent the instrument from being damaged by the shock when the instrument is lowered into the bottom of hole. The system is started by starting the preset instrument and makes storage while measuring. After the logging, the instrument is lifted to the surface for data reading and information preprocessing. The system has been applied successfully to nearly hundreds of domestic wells. The application shows that it works stably and the logging curves and images can really reflect the cementing quality on the first and second interfaces. Therefore, the system has such advantages as high timeliness, strong security and low costs so that it fills the blank of cement bond logging equipment for complex well conditions in China.
    Application of Temporary Plugging Agent G519 for Fracturing in Ultra-Low Permeability Oilfields

    With the further development of Changqing ultra-low permeability oilfield, contradiction between injection and production is increasingly prominent and there is plenty of remaining oil enrichment areas in the reservoir plane. The conventional fracturing measures cannot change the artificial fracture extension direction, and have low producing degree to the remaining oil enrichment areas. The temporary plugging agent G519 can flow through pump and boost pressure fast, which can effectively improve the net pressure in fissures in the process of fracturing, get rid of control of ground stress field to the fractured fissures extension direction, divert the fractures, make the different branch cracks from the main fracture extension direction, and realize the purpose of producing dead oil area reserves. The field practice shows that the application of temporary plugging agent for fracturing can effectively improve the production of ultra-low permeability oil field and reduce economic risks from fracturing.

    High purity polyaluminium chloride has advantages such as quick flocs formation, good sedimentation performance and wide adaptation, and is currently the most widely-applied flocculant in industry, but there are some drawbacks in upgrading the product and expanding its application. To meet the requirements in water treatment technology development, production technology research into high purity polyaluminium chloride was made, and many innovation results have been obtained in the production of raw materials, reaction process, reaction equipment, process selection, etc. The results show that the performance is much better than ordinary PAC (polyaluminium chloride): dosing quantity can be reduced by about 20%, so that costs are reduced while the production increased.

    Currently, with the continuous increase in deep-pumping, hard-extracting wells and heavy oil wells in oilfields, oil recovery technology of progressive cavity pump is being widely used, but the assorted sucker rods are often broken and sheared in downhole due to their own technical limitations. The torsion - withstanding sucker rods used for Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP) are researched and developed for the second time based on conventional sucker rods. In the innovation, the threaded rod head structure of drillpipe is adopted to strengthen the connection strength. Tests including tensile fracture, torsional fracture, tensile and torsional combined fracture, and tensile and torsional combined fatigue are performed, the test results confirmed that the torsional strength and anti-tripping of the rod heads are effectively improved, so that the maintenance cycles of oil recovery systems of PCPs are greatly extended. This provides conditions for the promotion and popularization of PCPs and allows them to be widely used in Xinjiang oilfield. The application has proven effective, and the number of oilfield workover operations was reduced by more than 50%.

    At present, water injection technology is widely employed in oilfields, but the corrosion of steel tubing and casing reduces the service life of the pipe. As a new type pipe that can be applied in the fields of oil drilling and production in oilfields, high pressure fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) tubing is made from epoxy resin as matrix and high strength glass fiber as reinforcing material, so that it has characteristics such as excellent corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall not easy to scale, light weight, high strength and so on. More than 20?04m of the pipe has been applied in Xinxiang Oilfield, which effectively eliminates the corrosion and scaling of steel tubing. Since the application effect is good, it is recommended to promote the pipe in oilfields.

    Nowadays, there are more and more stripper wells caused by sustained production of oilfields, many oil wells are pumped off due to the decrease in pumping unit efficiency, pumping units are worn excessively and pumping units can’t be remote controlled. For this reason, intelligent measurement and control system of pumping units which are applicable to oil and gas production were independently researched and developed. It is composed of the intelligent pumping unit measurement and control cabinet (HT-ZNCK), which consists of a power distribution cabinet, a data acquisition cabinet and a frequency conversion cabinet, and pumping unit of intelligent measurement and control platform. Besides the advantages such as data acquisition monitoring, reactive power compensation, worksite voice alarm and LED display on the spot, start-stop control, strokes adjustment, balance adjustment, switch over for power frequency/ frequency conversion and other functions are added based on local and remote pumping units. Application in more than 90 oil and gas wells shows that the system solved problems that the data acquisition is not accurate, balance cannot be adjusted and remote control cannot be done. Intelligent drainage, intelligent interval pumping, flexible closed-loop control, and reactive power compensation are implemented. Therefore, the production efficiency of oil and gas field enterprises is improved, labor intensity and safety risks of the personnel are reduced so that stable production, energy saving and consumption reducing, and quality and efficiency enhancing are achieved.

The factory assembly and united debugging has been realized, and the on-site workload is greatly decreased.     As the operating temperature is extremely low (-161℃), the materials of the parts that are in contact with low-temperature media in a cryogenic (low-temperature) BOG compressor are prone to be coldly crisp and broken. The conduction of the coldness to the lubrication and motion system can make the compressor unable to work properly. Therefore, such equipment in China is long-term dependent on imports. Combined with operating conditions, the China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corp. and Shenyang Yuanda Compressor Co. Ltd. developed jointly an ultra-low temperature, easy-forming material - cryogenic ductile iron (spheroidal graphite cast iron) or nodular cast iron material and cold-insulation structure with excellent mechanical properties at low temperature. The cooling capacity is guided to the lubricating oil cooling system of the compressor through the cold-isolation structure, which avoids the transmission of the cooling capacity in the cryogenic components to the room temperature parts through the medium body, and realizes the recycling of the cold energy. The product uses a vertical labyrinth (maze) structure, making the wearing parts greatly reduced. The operation is economy, and can achieve flow adjustment in various gears. The actual operation shows that the compressor performance fully meets the design target of expectations.

    A cryogenic cold-box for an LNG device is used to realize the heat exchange between the raw natural gas and the coolant. It has the characteristics of ultra-low temperature, high pressure, heat transfer between multi-stream or/ and two-phase flows. The design and manufacture of the box are difficult. In China, it’s dependent on imports for a longtime. China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corp. , on the basis of independent development of natural gas liquefaction process technology, cooperated with Sichuan Air Separation Plant (Group) Co Ltd (SCAS for short), prepared a cryogenic cold-box for LNG devices with a plate-fin heat exchanger as main body. The two companies developed a number of key technologies, such as multi-stream and two-phase flow heat transfer, high pressure-resistant fin structure and forming, etc. These technologies are successfully applied to 50×104t/ a and 60×104t/ a LNG devices, with a good effect. The overall technology and manufacturing quality of the product are leading at home and reach the advanced level abroad.

    The refrigeration compressor used in the large and medium-sized natural gas liquefaction device adopts mixed refrigerant, and has the characteristics of large flow, low temperature, and requires a large operating range. In the actual operation, the refrigerant’ s molecular weight is great, and its composition varies. They easily lead to problems of insufficient reliability, such as performance deviation, low efficiency, excessive vibration (air flow excitation), thrust overload, etc. , so the qualified product has been long-term dependent on imports. China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corp. and Shenyang Turbine Machinery Co. Ltd. developed a three-element/ variable impeller with large flow coefficient and high efficiency, which are suitable for multi-variable components, and optimized the compressor inlet and outlet scroll structure, improved the stability of the rotor design, improve the adaptability of the airflow excitation, so as to achieve localization of this kind of products. The actual operation shows that the compressor performance fully meets the design expectations.

    In view of problems such as severe peak-shaving in the natural gas pipelines, serious internal corrosion, reduced capacity of gas transmission, and limited production capacity of gas wells, the G10 corrosion - retarding natural DRA ( drag reduction agent) was developed, which is with corrosion inhibition and drag reduction functions. The mechanism of the drag reduction is to form an elastic film with ordered microstructures and hairbrush nano structures on the inner wall, to form a smooth wall, so as to reduce the roughness, to form reverse moving waves, to suppress the turbulence pulsation (fluctuation) and to reduce the pulsation intensity. Through indoor researches, the drag-reduction performance of the product is greater than 10%, with greater than 80%of corrosion-inhibition efficiency, and more than 60 days of validity period. It does not produce chemical reactions with desulfurization and decarbonization solution, or with triethylene glycol dehydrating agent. The compatibility is good. Field application shows that the effect of drag-reduction and transportation increase is good. The pressure loss can be reduced by 10%-30%. In the case of constant pressure, the transportation can be increased by 5%-15%. The one time injection effect can be stabilized for more than 30 days.

    In view of the complexity of the transportation and treatment media of oil/ gas field production system, DCI serial oilfield corrosion inhibitors are researched and developed by utilizing the intramolecular synergistic effect, intermolecular mutual-inlaying reinforcement and appropriate HLB value. They have features of fast forming of a protective film, strong adhesion, and the compact/ tight structure. The DCI series of oilfield corrosion inhibitors can cause the strong inhibition of the corrosion of corrosive media such as CO2, H2S, dissolved oxygen, microbes or micro-organisms under the high contents of salinity and chloride. We should determine the appropriate blending process of corrosion inhibitor according to the oil production process and corrosion conditions so as to ensure that the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitors into full play. The total amount of the blended corrosion inhibitors should be based on corrosive environment, and be optimized and determined through indoor experiments and field tests.
    Application of Integrated Biological Treatment Equipment to Treatment of Produced Water from Oil and Gas Fields

    In view of the characteristics of the produced water in the Xinjiang oil and gas fields, on the basis of the previous screening of the dominant bacterial-spawn (culture), the produced water from the Shixi oilfield and from the Kelameili gasfield is treated with the integrated biological treatment equipment based on “rotary suspended bio-bed technology”. The results show that the treatment effect is obvious. In the treatment of produced water from Shixi oilfield, the device with designed processing capacity of 1m3 / h can treat at most 4m3 / h of the water during the actual operation. If the influent COD were less than 300mg/ L, the effluent COD would be generally stabilized at 20-60mg/ L. The removal rate of COD was generally above 58%-80%. The mass concentration of volatile phenol and petroleum was 0-0. 29mg/ L and 0. 2-1. 4mg/ L respectively. The residence time of sewage was shortened to 4-5hrs. In the treatment of produced water from Kelameili gasfield, if the influent COD were between 1226mg/ L and 1904mg/ L, the effluent COD was less than 120mg/ L. The oil content, suspended matters and volatile phenol of the effluent could reach 5. 3-6. 2mg/ L, 8-13mg/ L and around 0. 1mg/ L respectively. They meet the Class-II criteria of the “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards” (GB8978-1996). All of these indicate that the rotary suspended bio-bed technology and its integrated devices have good adaptability to the produced water of oil/ gas fields and good effect of treatment.

    The scattered wellhead gas has the characteristics of many sites, scattered well field distribution, and wide distribution area. In the process of oil and gas field production, because of small volume of the wellhead gas, fast decay of the output, the investment of pipeline transportation is too high, and the economic efficiency is low. Most of this kind of gas are directly discharged or burnt on site, wasting precious resources and polluting the environment. Aiming at the characteristics of the wellhead, a set of modular and skid-mounted movable units was developed to purify the natural gas from the wellhead and, combining the throttle expansion refrigeration with the refrigerant refrigeration, to separate the mixed hydrocarbons and recover the C3, C4, C5+ . They can be processed into qualified natural gas, as a commercial gas being pressurized and put into the downstream pipeline or CNG tanker to be transported to other places. The mixed hydrocarbons after stabilization can be transported to other places by pressure tank cars, further being processed into liquefied petroleum gas and/ or stable light hydrocarbons, so as to realize the economic, social, and environmental benefits of the scattered wellhead gas resources in oil and gas fields.

    New-type triad waste heat boiler for sulfur recovery is shell-and-tube waste heat boiler with an integral triad structure of waste heat boiler supported by a waste heat boiler of horizontally-positioned flexible fixed thin tube and plate tube shell type, an external drum, and a water-steam circulation drop tube (lined with an ascension tube) also acting as boiler drum. This product is mainly applicable to the sulfur recovery units in natural gas processing plants, petrochemical industry, coal-fired power plants and so on. This series of products are crucial equipment in Claus sulfur recovery process system. The structure of the equipment have been optimized on the premise of guaranteeing the water-steam circulation of waste heat boilers, so the units not only reduce the footprint space and site construction workload, but also save the investments.

    Nowadays, China’s new large oil refining devices mainly concentrated in coastal areas. The equipment have been running in long term under the strong UV-light in industrial atmosphere corrosion environment. Offshore facilities, including ships and platforms suffer from not only UV-light but also corrosion from marine environment. In order to solve these problems, the DC high weather resistance acrylic polyurethane anti-corrosion coating system has been developed. The system includes base coat, intermediate coat and finishing coat. Base coat has a content of zink of more than 80%, which improves the property of resistant cathodic disbanding and resistant salt mist. Intermediate coat provides the property of splice for base coat and the finishing coat. Finishing coat effectively take in UV-light and cut off the damage of UV-light by adding hydrochloric acid to modify nano titanium dioxide, hindered amines and triazine. Through the test of salt mist resistance, exposure in sunlight and sea water resistance in one year, the coating is still intact. It has similar performance as that of foreign similar products, the price is 30% lower than that of mentioned products, with broad prospects for application.

    Currently, the main heating furnace models which are applied in oil and gas gathering and transmission in China include direct heating furnace type (tube furnace and drum type direct heating furnace) and indirect heating furnace type (water jacket furnace, organic heat carrier furnace, phase change heater) . Vacuum furnace was developed by eliminating the shortcomings of conventional heating furnaces. By means of vacuum phase-change heat-transfer technology and many heating technologies, the heating furnace is assembled with an automatic burner, an automatic control and a multi-heat exchanger assembly so that the product can improve heat transfer more effectively and has higher thermal efficiency (not less than 88%) . This paper gives a brief introduction to the working principle and technical characteristics of the vacuum furnace, and usage characteristics and applications of typical products in typical working conditions. The article also compare the vacuum furnace with water jacket furnace in energy saving, which shows that the product is safe and reliable, fully functional, energy-saving and so on, and thus it will be widely applied in the future.

    How to effectively identify the threats to security of oil and gas pipelines, such as manual excavation, mechanical excavation and vehicle passing, is of vital importance to the coherent Rayleigh-based pipeline fiber security warning system. This paper proposes a method of pipeline security threat event recognition based on optimized support vector machine (SVM). The method is used to analyze the vibration signals along the pipeline collected by the optic fiber safety warning system, and extract the normalized energy and signal duration of each frequency band as the eigenvectors (proper vectors). The penalty factors and kernel function parameters of the SVM are optimized by the artificial bee colony algorithm,and then the optimized SVM is used to classify the features. This method was tested by the safety experiment of the product oil pipeline of Dagang - Zaozhuang, and the correct identification rate of 90. 7% was obtained. All these proved the effectiveness of the method and its engineering application value.

    The pipelines which are located in the seismic zone, area prone to landslides, and permafrost area are susceptible to displacement and deformation caused by disaster of the soil/ earth movement. Using the self developed long-distance pipeline centerline and strain displacement detection system to detect the inside pipeline, we can obtain the position and posture/ gesture information of the detector. The coordinate information of the whole pipeline can be calculated by the time and high - precision coordinate information, combining the detectors recorded in the ground-embedded calibration box. Using the developed pipeline bending strain and displacement algorithm, the bending strain and displacement of the pipeline due to the additional stress can be accurately calculated. The feasibility of the system and method and the detection accuracy are verified through the traction test and on-site repeated testing. This provides a scientific basis for positioning of the pipeline centerline, accident prevention, and integrity evaluation, which plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of long-distance oil or gas pipelines in the geological disaster areas.

    New requirements on pipeline construction equipment become inevitable because the country’s oil and pipeline construction is developing towards longer distance, larger transmission, larger diameter of pipeline and higher strength of tubular. To meet the demand for the construction project of second West-East Gas Pipeline, it is of great urgency to develop domestic large-diameter cold bending machine. Development of the domestic CYW-1422 vertical hydraulic cold bending machine fills the blank in China. This paper briefs about the functions, work principles and structures of this product as well as creative and optimistic designs in the areas of 3D modeling, main machine, power system, inner tire, self loading and unloading devices of bending machine and digital control over bending process. The indoor experiment indicates that the product is leading in design and manufacturing technology with high-quality and efficient functions. The product finds wide application and generates considerable economic revenues.

    The new-type efficient degreaser mixture is made of epoxy chloropropane amine cationic polymer, poly aluminum chloride, and polyacrylamide as the main materials. Poly aluminum chloride and polyacrylamide are added into epoxy chloropropane amine cationic polymer solution under the mild, simple and environmental-friendly conditions. The product adopts the advanced polymerization and grafting technology and is good at surface activity, flocculation ability and polymerization effect. With the dosage reduced, the dosing process is simplified but does not affect crude oil dehydration. The oil-removing and emulsion-breaking effects are satisfactory. The product has a good performance when used in the beach area and onshore oilfields at home and was sold abroad in 2015.

    Magnetic bias happens in maintenance and welding of the long-distance pipelines in service, seriously affecting welding process execution and welding quality. The port magnetic hysteresis buffer for long-distance pipelines has been developed for settlement of those problems. As compared to the existing degaussing products, this product is light in weight, low in energy consumption, advanced in control mode, reliable in operational mode, rapid for degaussing and good at degaussing. Field application indicates that this product is in stable operation with good degaussing effects.

    Hydrogenation reactor has been used widely as the core static equipment of hydrogenation unit and there is a need for more than a dozen of new hydrogenation devices or expansion upgrading devices in CNPC petrochemical enterprises per year. In order to enhance the equipment manufacturing capacity of CNPC and break the external procurement status, PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company has carried out the research on such equipment manufacturing business, and mastered a set of core manufacturing technology successfully, including narrow gap automatic welding technology, buttering technique with electrode, TIG automatic welding for small pipe and so on. At the same time, the advanced TOFD nondestructive testing technology, electron accelerator detection and acoustic emission detection technology have been used for detecting equipment and the results are satisfactory. Upgrading and reforming the hydrogenation refining unit of 1. 2 million tons/ year and the national V grade oil unit, 3 sets of plate welded hydrogenation reactors for 1. 3 million tons of diesel hydrogenation and desulfurization devices are all finished, and put into industrial application. These new devices are advanced and reliable, and featured with strong innovation and good effect of industrial application. Its successful application showed that the Group Company’s equipment manufacturing technology has reached the international advanced level.

    The surface evaporative air cooler is introduced in this paper, including its working principle, and main performance and characteristics. Experimental study and simulation were conducted and the influence of related parameters on the total heat transfer coefficient, convection heat transfer film coefficient, pressure drop and water evaporation rate were investigated. And then the mathematical model was established, the process calculation software was developed and the independent technology calculation ability of the product was mastered. Optimization and innovation on overall structure design, new structure type nozzle and anti-corrosion were made to some extent. At last a new type of surface evaporative air cooler product was developed and applied industrially in petrochemical plants. The application results shows that the surface evaporative air cooler has the following advantages such as good cooling effect, compact structure, light weight, flexible operation and low operating cost s, which can reduce energy consumption.

    A petrochemical Machinery factory has manufactured, popularized and applied more than 200 sets of helical baffle board heat exchangers by using Lummus technology in the past 10 years. In this paper, on the basis of the current application of the heat exchangers, the application situation and characteristics of helical baffle board heat exchangers in the refining field are introduced. The helical baffles board heat exchanger has many remarkable advantages in heat transfer enhancement, slowing down scaling, reducing resistance, eliminating vibration and so on. It has obvious long period operation effect on heat-exchanging equipment in refining system.

    Resin HDPE5603JP specially used for drinking water bottle cap is made from ethylene as the raw material, 1-butene as the comonomer and hydrogen as molecular weight regulator by means of slurry process. In the paper, the process route and production process of the product were introduced, and the analysis of comparison with similar products abroad was conducted. The processing test made by the company and the application showed that the mechanical and sanitary performances of the resin products could meet the national standards. All the indicators are up to the design requirements and meet the special requirements of the users for the smell and machinability of the product. The cap can replace similar foreign products and fill the domestic gap in the field.

    DYL electro-hydraulically controlled cold wall slide valve is widely used in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit to control the amount of catalyst circulation. It is mainly made up of 3 parts: valve body, manual mechanism and electro-hydraulic actuators. A series of innovative structural designs are applied to the device, including the new internal structure of rail bolt anti-fracture, “intelligent” electrohydraulic actuator, the design and manufacture of large diameter slide valve, single packing gland seal structure, etc. By introducing advanced application technology, and developing and utilizing special slide valve design software, the quality of slide valves has been improved, and prolonged their service lives. The service lives of the components were extended by 3-5 years, the maintenance cycle shortened by 1/4 - 1/3, which guarantee the safety of refining devices. The product is reliable in quality, environment friendly and convenient to operate. The control precision index has reached the domestic leading level.
    New Technology Applied to Super-power Flue Gas Turbine

    YL33000A superpower flue gas turbine is currently the most powerful turbine in China. In the development, the technical difficulties are referred to: what the treatment capacity and elevation of oil refinery devices are, and that some flow fields are supersonic. Based on the design concept “controllable vortex”, new type ceramic-base wear-resistant coating was developed by calculating pneumatic flow field design, and the strength and stress distribution completed by relevant software. In order to carry out hot mechanical running tests, explosion spraying technology,honeycomb seals, hollow rod bolt and electrical spark machined moving blade body are applied. The adiabatic efficiency of the flue gas turbine is up to 79%, and the conversion power as per calibration status is 32. 8 MW, which can save electricity of 2. 365×108kW·h one year. The turbine is in smooth operation and fills the domestic blank for flue gas turbine on this level. It also narrows the gap with foreign similar products, and has certain reference significance to the research and development of turbine equipment in similar conditions.

    Gasoline detergent is mainly compounded with polyisobutene amine as the main agent. It is added to gasoline to inhibit and remove sediments that deposited in engine fuel air intake system, so as to improve gasoline combustion system, reduce emissions of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and other harmful substances in the tail gas of vehicles, and improve fuel economy. The synthesis process of polyisobutene amine and the compound technology for gasoline detergent are the proprietary technology researched and developed independently by CNPC Jilin Petrochemical Company. In this paper, the synthesis process of polyisobutene amine, and the compound technology and acting mechanisms of gasoline detergent are introduced. The product has good detergency for air intake system and eliminates the deposits in combustion chamber. The quality has reached the international level of similar products, which fills the gaps of production of base agent for gasoline detergents in China, and it is not necessary to import all the main agents.
    CT15 Series Liquid Complex Iron Redox Desulfurizer

    Due to the larger acid gas fluctuations and small amount of latent sulfur in the process of gas desulfurization and sulfur recovery, PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company had developed the degradation inhibitor, i.e. CT15 series liquid complex iron redox desulfurizer with excellent performance, and formed the its solution redox system, supporting analysis method, industrial desulfurization device and process conditions. The technology has solved the previous key problems, such as excessive consumption of chemicals and sulfur blocking pipeline in the process of desulfurization by complex iron, H2S content was less than 10mg/ L after desulfurization, sulfur recovery rate up to 99. 9%, the technical level should be at the leading position in China, it has been widely used in natural gas desulfurization that has medium latent sulfur content, lean acid gas sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment in refinery, which has reached national standard.
