Abstract: Gas drainage treatment is an essential work in the process of coal mining. In order to deal with the exhausted gas, reduce its pollution to the atmosphere and coal production costs, and make full use of gas energy, CNPC Jichai Power Equipment Company cooperated with foreign well - known companies. By using international advanced gas engine control technology and lean combustion theory, the company developed H16V190ZLWD1-2 low-concentration mashgas engine, and assembled 1000GF9-WK low-concentration mashgas generator sets. The sets are equipped with gapless grid connected modules and automatic load distribution modules.

摘要： 在煤炭开采过程中, 瓦斯抽排处理是一项必不可少的工作, 为了处理抽排出的瓦斯、降低对大气环境的 污染及煤炭生产成本, 充分利用瓦斯能源, 中国石油集团济柴动力总厂与国外著名公司合作, 采用国际先进的燃气机 控制技术及稀薄燃烧理论, 研制开发H16V190ZLWD1-2 型低浓度瓦斯发动机, 并配套成1000GF9-WK 低浓度瓦斯发电 机组, 机组配备网电无隙并网模块和负荷自动分配模块。
