Abstract: The article introduced the development and application of split type phase transformation heating furnace in detail. Through the trial production and function testing in factory, and the field test in some oil fields, the results showed that the furnace featured with compact size, large heating power, convenient installment and wide application. Due to the heating part and burning part are divided into two cavities, the personalized design can be done according to different requirements of the users, which will extend the scope of application, and can be used for heating heavy crude oil, scaled medium and corrosive medium. The furnaces have been installed and applied in many oil fields domestic and abroad, and achieved better results.

 

摘要: 文章详细介绍了分体相变加热炉的研制和应用。通过在公司内进行产品试制与性能测试、在多个油田现 场使用检验, 实践结果表明该加热炉具有体积紧凑、加热功率大、安装方便、用途广泛的特点。由于加热部分与燃烧 部分分处两个腔体, 可以结合用户不同需求进行个性化设计, 可用于重质原油、易结垢介质和腐蚀性介质的加热, 大 幅拓展了加热炉的适用范围, 已在国内外多个油田安装使用, 取得了较好的效果。
