Abstract: Industrial fuel oil (gas) burner, as a core component of a heating furnace or boiler, is widely used in industrial fields. In order to achieve the goal of high efficiency and energy saving of domestic products, the Company has taken the lead in using the frequency conversion technology to form the key technologies of low NOx combustion, high efficiency combustion, precise regulation, and large liquid ejection nozzle atomization. The combustion efficiency is up to 99. 5%, and the safety performance is excellent, with high reliability of ignition and adaptability. Its price is decreased by 20%-30% compared with the similar foreign products. The series products have been put into use since 2000, with the operating cycle of 15 years long, creating the production value of more than 50 million yuan.
