摘要: 目前创新方法众多,被企业广泛应用。其中设计思考是最好的产生创意的方法论,可帮助企业快速产生 具有巨大市场价值的产品概念或原型;TRIZ 方法在解决技术难题方面最为有效,帮助科研人员在技术攻关中快速突破, 产生高价值专利;精益创新DDIF 策略通过一个或几个步骤,帮助企业实现创新落地。这些创新步骤和方法经过国内 外先进企业成功实践,证明具有快速创新、批量培养人才等特点,特别适合企业实现从创意到创新的突破。我国企业 和学校应加快引进应用先进的创新方法,提升创新能力,培养创新人才,以期在激烈的竞争中利于不败之地。

Abstract: A variety of innovation methods are widely used by enterprises at the present time. Of those, the thought of design is the best methodology for production of creative ideas. It can help enterprises acquire the conception or prototype of a product that has a great market value. TRIZ method is most effective in settlement of technological bottlenecks. It can help researchers make rapid breakthroughs in the technological research project, leading to the high-valued patents. The innovative DDIF strategy helps enterprises make use of innovations by means of one step or several steps. Based on successful application by both Chinese and foreign enterprises, those innovation steps and methods are proven to be able to make rapid innovations and cultivate a large quantity of talents. They can particularly help enterprises make breakthroughs in innovations. China’s enterprises and universities should introduce those latest innovation methods as soon as possible to improve their creativeness and foster the creative talents in the attempt to stand out from the intense competition.
