摘要: 基于发明专利,从发展趋势、技术创新主体、主要支撑技术对中国石油炼油与化工领域的技术现状进行了 研究。炼油领域中炼油催化剂、炼油工艺作为主导技术,发明专利数量占30% 以上,炼油催化剂主要专利支撑技术为加 氢处理催化剂、催化裂化催化剂、催化材料;化工技术的发明专利主要在化工催化剂、有机化学品、高分子化合物、高 分子组合物、环保五大技术中有突出表现,化工催化剂发明专利数量占1/4 以上,其中聚烯烃催化剂专利数量优势明显, 具有一定的技术创新能力。分析指出,中国石油炼油与化工领域在技术创新上虽取得进步,发明专利数量逐渐增加,但 技术创新主体平均发明专利数量较少,技术比较单一,优势不明显,支撑技术较少,今后需加强技术的顶层设计和战略 规划,集中力量开展技术创新,对产生的发明创造进行合理有效的专利布局。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current conditions of CNPC refining and chemical technology in the areas of invention patents, development trend, oil refining process-dominated technology and quantity of invention patents. In the oil refining area, catalyst and refining process are the dominant technologies, accounting for more than 30 percent invention patents. The main patented technology for catalysts includes hydrotreating catalyst, catalytic cracking catalyst and catalytic materials. The invention patents of chemical technology are concentrated in the five main areas of chemical catalyst, organic chemicals, highmolecular compound, high-molecular composite and environmental protection. Invention patents of chemical catalyst accounts for more than one fourth of the quantity, of which the patents of polyolefin catalyst are apparently superior in quantity with a certain capacity for technological innovation. According to the analysis, CNPC has made technological innovations and steadily increased invention patents in the oil refining and chemical area, but the average invention patents for the backbone of technological innovation are not adequate in quantity. In addition, the technology is relatively short of diversity without obvious advantages and enough support technologies. CNPC needs to make more efforts for top-level design and strategic plan and focus on technological innovation while making reasonable and effective layout of patents for the completed inventions.
