中国石油炼化专利价值评估体系及应用研究——中国专利奖获奖专利价值评估

摘要: 以中国石油炼化领域获中国专利奖的部分专利为评估对象,以中国石油炼化专利价值评估体系、知识产 权出版社专利价值评估系统、Innography 专利强度分析体系为评估工具,对获奖专利的专利价值进行了评估分析。从 评估结果看出,中国石油炼化专利价值评估体系与中国专利奖评价体系对专利价值的评估结果基本一致,炼化专利价 值评估体系更具科学性、适用性,更适合于专利奖励中的专利价值评估。在进一步推广过程中,可根据需要进行调整、 完善,提高评估结果的科学性,更广泛地应用到中国石油炼化知识产权管理各环节。

Abstract: This paper is focused on evaluating some of the patents in PetroChina’s refinery segment, which are awarded with China Patent Prize. The patent value evaluation system of PetroChina’s refinery segment, patent value evaluation system of Intellectual Property Press and Innography Patent Strength Analysis System are used as tools for evaluating and analyzing the value of the prized patents. Based on the evaluation results, the evaluation system of PetroChina’s refinery segment is not only basically in line with that of Intellectual Property Press but also more scientific and more adaptable. It is more suitable for evaluation of the prized patents. The evaluation system can be adjusted and perfected according to the requirements to make the evaluation results more scientific so that it can be more widely used in the various links of PetroChina’s refinery IPR management.
