摘要： 贝克休斯公司将创新视为公司的发展源泉,在技术创新方面一直保持稳定、高效的研发管理体系,采取选择性领先的技术战略和以自主研发为主、兼并收购为辅的技术策略,使其特色技术与服务始终占据优势地位,保持其世界领先地位。贝克休斯拥有多项世界领先技术服务和产品,包括:电缆测井、随钻测井、录井、定向钻井、连续管、完井装备与服务、钻井与完井液、套管、油管、设备租赁与打捞、固相控制、废物管理、钻头、人工举升、气体压缩承包和油田特种化学品等。文章介绍了贝克休斯公司优势技术领域、技术创新战略的组织与规划、研发项目选择、项目管理、技术和产品开发流程等。

Abstract: Baker Hughes takes technological innovation as the source of core competitiveness, and it keeps a stable and high-efficient R&D system. It adopts the selective leadership strategy, lays emphasis on independent R&D and also makes technology acquisition. All these help it maintain its leading position in technology and service market worldwide. Baker Hughes has many advanced technologies and products in the world, such as wireline logging, logging while drilling, well log, directional drilling, coiled tubing, well completion equipment and services, drilling and completion fluid, casing pipe, oil pipe, equipment lease and fishing, solid control, waste management, drill bit, artificial lift, gas compressing contract and special chemicals, etc. This paper introduced the dominant technology fields of Baker Hughes, its innovation organization and program, its selection of R&D projects, R&D project management, and its developing process of technology and products.
