海上气田钻完井工程合作项目的管理

摘要: T气田是中国海油和中国石化双方合作,中国海油为作业者开发的第一个气田。由于T气田井深、井下高温、地质情况复杂,设计方案多变,钻完井工程技术难度大,加之涉及单位多、管理程序复杂、设备新、队伍新、人员新、平台多边同时作业等等,给管理带来很多麻烦。项目组采取了简化管理程序、充分利用母公司资源、从源头控制事故隐患、充分利用先进技术等措施,保证了施工质量,缩短了开发井1.48%的工期,节约了开发井1.32%的投资、调整井0.95%的投资,并为今后类似项目的管理积累了有益经验。

Abstract: T gas field is a cooperate project between CNOOC and Sinopec Group, and also the first gas field that CNOOC being the operator. It has brought huge problems to management, due to the well depth, high temperature down hole, complex geological conditions, variable design proposals, difficulties in drilling and completion engineering, multi-units involved, complex management program, new equipments, new crews, platform simultaneous operation, etc. Project team has adopted a series of measures, such as simplifying management program, making full use of parent company resource, controlling potential hazards from source, and fully using advanced technology, to ensure construction quality. It has shortened 1.48% of duration of developmentwells, saved 1.32% of investment of development wells and 0.95% of adjustment wells, and accumulated valuable experience for future management of similar projects.
