摘要: 科技项目后评价是科技管理工作的发展和完善,它对于分析研究科技项目的价值、提高项目的研究质量和水平、推动项目所属学科的进一步发展都具有重要的意义。文章介绍了中国石油管道公司科技管理部门在落实精细化管理的过程中实施科技项目后评价管理的做法和评价体系的特点。

Abstract: Scientific and technological management can be improved and developed by post-evaluation, which is very significant for scientific and technological projects in analyzing and researching the value, improving the quality and promoting the industry progress. This paper elaborates the characteristics of the post-evaluation system on scientific and technological projects and the practices of PetroChina Pipeline Company during the process of refinement of management.
