Abstract: The new-type reverse coupling unit CO1300F-3/25 is developed in the efforts to meet the demand for development of new-type drilling rig. It uses the long-stroke engine for power and is matched with YOTFJ875FLsh reverse coupler. Characterized for large power, the coupling unit is reliable in operation and works together with the series of F-1600 large-power mud pumps. This paper briefs about the structural indexes, characteristics, advantages and key technologies of this unit as well as wide application in drilling services at oilfields. The coupling unit is skid-mounted and easy for installation and movement for field application in different oilfields.

 

摘要: 为适应新型钻机发展的要求, 研制开发了新型CO1300F-3/25 反车耦合器机组, 采用长冲程发动机为动力, 配套YOTFJ875-25FLsh 反车耦合器, 功率大, 运行可靠, 可配套F-1600 大功率钻井泵。文章介绍了该机组结构、技术指 标、特点、优势及关键技术, 在油田钻井中获广泛应用。机组采用橇装底盘, 安装及移动方便, 便于设备转场使用。
