Abstract: Repetition and exaggeration often appear in current evaluation of economic performance of technological results from oilfields, leading to incredibility of the appraisal results. This article briefs about the characteristics and category of technological results from oilfields as well as the theoretical basis for evaluation of economic performance. It highlights the principles for evaluation of economic performance of technological results from oilfields and puts forth a model that directly calculates economic performance according to increase of key elements in the operational zone. The opinions of experts are used to calculate the contribution rate of various technological results. Based on this contribution rate, economic performance of technological results can be separated one by one.

摘要： 在现行油田科技成果经济效益评价中往往出现比较严重的重复、夸大现象，导致评价结果失实，缺乏可信度。文章介绍了油田科技成果的特点与分类，以及经济效益评价的理论依据。重点探讨了油田应用技术科技成果经济效益评价中，按“有无”对比原则，推导了工区全要素增量经济效益直接计算模型，利用专家意见法计算出各科技成果贡献率，并以此分离出各科技成果经济效益。
