Abstract: Based on the advantages of China National Petroleum Corporation, PetroChina Coalbed Methane Company Limited has always committed itself to the efforts for the CBM-characterized technological innovation pattern. The company is focused on the national science and technology major projects and PetroChina’s science and technology major projects and executed those key projects in connection with its own technological projects. It has also tightened control over the execution process of the special projects as well as expenditure of project fund while making the efforts for perfection of management structuring mechanism, establishment of healthy management framework, in-depth merger of R&D capacity, optimization of talent-training mechanism, and improvement of innovation capability. The company has stressed compliance with the policies for encouragement of innovation, attached importance to consolidation of the research results, organized high-level academic activities and improved the influential power of science and technology. Based on study of key technology and integration of technological series, the company perfected CBM abundance theories of middle-rank and low-rank coal, created seven major technological families of CBM exploration and development and established China’s first-class laboratory, enormously benefiting China’s CBM business development. In the decade after its establishment, PetroChina CBM Company Limited has continually improved technological management competence, innovation-based economic performance and production business, making itself a leader of technology, a formulator of standards and specifications and a pace-setter in China’s domestic CBM area.

摘要： 中石油煤层气有限责任公司依托中国石油集团整体优势，结合自身特点，不断开拓探索煤层气特色的科 技创新模式。以国家科技重大专项、股份公司重大科技专项为核心，两级重大专项与公司级科技项目一体化实施，加 强专项实施过程管理，严控经费执行；持续完善管理体制机制，建立健全管理架构，深度融合研发力量，优化人才培 养机制，提高创新保障能力；强调政策导向鼓励创新，重视成果凝练，积极申报科技奖励，组织高水平学术活动，提 升科技影响力。通过加强核心关键技术攻关与技术集成配套，完善了中低煤阶煤层气富集理论，创新了煤层气勘探开 发七大技术系列，建成了国内一流实验室，有力支撑了我国煤层气业务的发展。公司成立10 年来，科技管理能力、创 新创效、生产经营水平不断提升，现已成为国内煤层气领域业务技术主导者、标准规范制定者、业务发展领跑者。
