Schemes and Practice of High-efficiency Deepwater Oilfield Development

深水油田高效开发策略及实践

Abstract: Deepwater Oilfield development usually faces a number of bottlenecks, such as multiple reservoir grades, high uncertainties, high requirements on execution of the plan, and difficulties in dynamic adjustment. China is among the latecomers in terms of deepwater oilfield development. Therefore, the high-efficiency development schemes remain immature in the deepwater area. Based on the study and practice of overseas deepwater oilfield development, this paper focuses on three important areas -- producing degree of reservoirs, execution of development plans and production management -- and summarizes the schemes of high-efficiency deepwater oilfield development. The “stereo”producing scheme of reservoirs is mainly structured with unified planning, evaluation at various levels, and quantitative estimation, thus promoting effective transformation from resources to geological reserves and subsequent producing reserves. The execution scheme is based on a “chain” plan of “progressive evaluation -- start of production without any delay – maintenance of stable production”, bringing about a high-efficiency stage from construction to production and the measures to keep production stable. The “multi-point” production management scheme is centered on “balanced development -- differential optimization -- efficient operation” , laying a solid foundation for efficient development by means of tapping the potential, increasing the reserve and improving efficiency. Good results have been achieved in overseas deepwater blocks by adoption of this high-efficiency development scheme. It is helpful to China’s domestic deepwater oilfield development in the future.

 

摘要: 深水油田开发往往面临资源品位差异大、不确定性大、方案实施要求高、动态调整难等难点, 国内深水油田开发起步较晚,暂未形成相对应的高效开发策略。依托多个海外深水区块开发研究实践,从 储量动用、方案实施、生产管理3 个重要环节入手,总结了深水油田高效开发策略。即以“统筹规划—分 级评价—量化评估”为主线的“立体式”储量动用策略,促进资源量到地质储量、再到动用储量的高效转 化;以“递进评价—快速上产—接续稳产”为主线的“链条式”方案实施策略,保障从建设到上产、再到 稳产的高效进阶;以“均衡开发—差异优化—高效作业”为主线的“多点式”生产管理策略,实现从夯实 基础到存量挖潜、再到增量提效的高效开发。该高效开发策略在海外深水区块取得了良好效果,可为未来 国内深水油田开发提供借鉴。
