国际大型石油石化公司应对当前形势的策略分析

Abstract: Under the dual pressures of the periodic petrochemical industrial adjustment and the global economic growth slowdown, global petrochemical product market is relatively weak with the profits of most petrochemicals declining. The petroleum and petrochemical majors have adopted the measures and adjusted the strategies in response to the stern situation. This paper focuses on four large-scale petroleum and petrochemical companies in different regions and countries -- ExxonMobil in USA, BASF in Germany, Saudi Aramco and China’s Sinopec, making in-depth study and analysis of their chemical business development in recent years. These four companies have attached great importance to reduction of production cost, consolidation of innovation capability, enlargement of advantageous industries and expansion of markets, but all of them have their own focus areas. ExxonMobil Chemical Company is committed to maximization of integrated synergy and focus efforts on development of key chemical business. BASF pays more attention to clients’ demand, adjusts organizational structure and promotes digitalization process. Saudi Aramco is making energetic efforts for business expansion with the chemical business globally distributed. Sinopec is strongly committing efforts to promotion of mechanism innovation, capitalization, digitalization and fine business development, supporting business transformation and development.

 

摘要: 受石化行业周期性调整和全球经济增长放缓的双重压力,全球石化产品市场表现较弱,大部 分产品利润下滑。各大石油石化公司纷纷采取措施、调整战略,应对严峻形势。文章选取美国埃克森美孚 公司、德国巴斯夫公司、沙特阿美公司和中国石油化工集团有限公司4 家来自不同区域和国家的大型石油 石化公司,对其近年来的化工业务经营发展进行深入研究和具体分析。4 家公司都非常重视降低生产成本、 强化创新能力、壮大优势产业、开拓市场,但又各有侧重。其中,埃克森美孚主要致力于最大限度发挥一 体化协同效应,集中发展化工核心业务;巴斯夫更加重视关注客户需求,调整组织架构,推进数字化进程; 沙特阿美正在大力扩张,在全球布局化工业务;中国石化积极推进机制创新、资本化、数字化、精细化等, 支撑引领转型发展。
