Construction of Agent-oriented Integrated IP Information Management Platform

面向代理的知识产权管理信息一体化平台建设

Abstract: The full life cycle of intellectual property includes generation, maintenance, protection and application. The PR agent company can help realize information management of this full life cycle. Control over data flow holds the key to this information management while the security of cross-domain access should be guaranteed. First of all, information management process is extracted on the basis of reviewing the business process of agent-oriented IP management. Then, integrated IP information platform model is established, with design of platform functional framework and security assurance. Finally, the PMF (project management flow) software integrated development environment is selected to complete the platform model in terms of three main functions of data management, process management and application management. The platform can bring the full life cycle of intellectual property under automatic management – declaration, examination, approval, principal-agent, investigation, maintenance, application and protection. The integrated platform can provide high-efficiency functions of query and statistics and powerful support for integration and automation of PR information management.

 

摘要: 通过专业机构代理实现对知识产权创造、维护、运用和保护等全生命周期管理的信息化,数据流程控制 是关键,跨域安全访问是保障。首先,在对面向代理的知识产权业务流程梳理基础之上,抽取信息管理流程;然后建 立知识产权信息一体化平台模型,并从平台功能架构和安全保障等方面进行设计;最后选用PMF 软件集成开发环境, 从数据管理功能、流程控制功能和应用管理功能3 个主要方面对模型进行系统软件实现。平台实现了知识产权的申报、 审核、审批、委托代理、审查、维护、运用和保护等全生命周期流程的自动化管理,可提供高效的查询和统计功能, 为知识产权信息管理实现一体化、精细化和自动化提供了有力支持。
