Abstract: As an important methods for cost-effective drilling service under the condition of low oil prices, single bit-run drilling calls for not only integrated application of the latest high-efficiency drilling process technology and highly-automated drilling equipment, high-efficiency bit and high-quality drilling fluid but also MWD geological pilot technology and remote expert decision-making support center. The cost-effective results of single bit-run drilling are obvious for multi-segment horizontal well. Single bit-run drilling technology is used to drill a number of horizontal wells in US shale gas development. The longest segment of horizontal well is 5652.2 meters, setting a record high in the world. This article introduces the successful single bit-run drilling cases in the United States and comes up with suggestions on China’s application and development in this area.

 

摘要: 一趟钻作为低油价下钻井作业降本增效的重要途径,实施中不仅需要集成应用先进高效的钻井工艺技术 和自动化程度特别高的钻井装备、高效钻头、优质钻井液,还需配备随钻地质导向技术和远程专家决策支持中心。水 平井多井段一趟钻的降本增效效果尤为明显,美国在页岩气开发方面应用一趟钻技术完成多口水平井钻井,降本增效 突出,最长的水平井段长达5652.2m,创下世界之最。介绍了美国一趟钻成功案例,并对我国今后的应用发展提出建议。
