油田企业知识分类体系建设方法探讨

Abstract: Currently, the oilfield enterprises both at home and abroad are engaged in construction of intelligent oilfields. Knowledge management is part of intelligent oilfield. Effective management and application of various information resources are of vital importance. Establishment of a scientific knowledge classification system is the basis for knowledge management. The classification system is based on oil enterprises with various data and materials classified. The article makes a systematic analysis of the relations between oilfield business and knowledge, between business objects and knowledge, between experts and knowledge, between job positions and knowledge, and between knowledge and knowledge. A set of complete knowledge classification system framework has been initially shaped, including a series of elements, such as knowledge point, knowledge element, knowledge attributes, and logic model. The technological roadmap is also offered for implementation. This knowledge classification system makes a comprehensive analysis and description from the angles of business, objects, people and attributes. It is in line with the business characteristics of oilfield enterprises, providing the references for the domestic oilfields in terms of knowledge management.

 

摘要: 目前国内外油田企业开展的智能油田建设方兴未艾,知识管理作为智能油田的有机构成部分,加强对各 类信息资源的有效管理和利用至关重要。立足于石油企业,将各类数据、成果资料进行归并整理,建立科学的知识分 类体系是知识管理的基础。文章以分析知识间存在的关系为出发点,系统分析了油田业务与知识、业务对象与知识、 专家与知识、岗位角色与知识,以及知识与知识相互之间的关系,考虑了知识点、知识元、知识属性、逻辑模型等要素, 初步形成了一套完整的知识分类体系框架,并给出实施技术路线。该知识分类体系从业务、对象、人、属性等多个维 度综合分析与描述,符合油田企业业务特色,可为国内各油田知识管理建设提供参考。
