节能静音型一体化焊接工程车

Abstract: With rapid development of China’s long-distance pipelines, the requirements on pipeline constructors become higher and higher in the areas of technology and equipment, specialized management, and environmental protection. Modern pipeline construction has an urgent demand for development of a new-structured, energy-saving and environmental-friendly welding engineering vehicle. The integrated welding engineering of HMW-80B energy-saving and mute type adopts a new electricity-generation and welding integration technology and changes the traditional structure of welding engineering vehicle. The transmission structure of engine, electricity generator and hydraulic pump is creatively designed to improve transmission efficiency and electricity stability and apparently reduces energy consumption and accident rate. The transportation cost is effective reduced owing to reduction of the vehicle’s overall weight and size. Based on appraisal by the authoritative departments and field application, energy consumption is reduced 40 percent as compared to the products of the same kind, while noise falls reduced 70dB, making the vehicle a technological leader in China.

摘要: 随着我国长输管道建设快速发展,对施工单位技术装备水平和精细化管理、节能环保的要求越来越高,开发新型结构、节能环保的焊接工程车已成为现代管道施工的迫切需求。HMW-80B型节能静音型一体化焊接工程车采用发电焊接一体化新技术,改变传统焊接工程车的结构形式,创新设计了发动机、发电机、液压泵直连的传动结构,提高了传动效率及发电稳定性,显著降低了能耗及故障率;减小了整机重量和外形尺寸,有效降低了运输成本。经权威部门型式检验及大量的现场使用证明,能耗比同类产品降低40%,噪声低于70dB,技术水平达到国内领先水平。
