Abstract: To breakthrough the expensive bottleneck in offshore low permeability oilfield development, a technical scheme integrating experienced technologies and intensive measures is studied, including borehole design, well pattern deployment, enlargement of drainage area, increase of per-well production, improvement of injection-production system, and energy refills. The application potential of some other special technologies is also discussed, such as slim-hole technology, mono-bore technology, and one-hole-many-using technology. For saving injection cost to refill reservoir energy efficiently, artesian water injection, enhanced and advanced water injection and gas injection are examined. By carrying out integrated and intensive measurements on typical offshore low permeability oilfields, the development cost is lowered, for example single operation spending for hydraulic fracturing is lowered to 4 to 6 million yuan from 25 million yuan.

摘要: 为突破海上低渗油气田经济开发的成本瓶颈,从井筒设计、油藏井网、增大泄流面积提高单井产量、完善注采系统、补充地层能量等方面,研究了成熟技术集成和措施集约的技术方案。探讨了使用小井眼、单通道井和一井多用技术优化组合,低成本加密井网;使用自流注水、增压注水、注气技术,实现超前注水,补充地层能量;利用集约化管理措施进一步综合成本等做法。介绍了在渤海湾油田的实际应用效果,目前海上压裂作业单井成本已从几年前的2500万元降至400~600万元,降低了油田开发成本,推动了海上低渗油气田的经济开发。
