摘要： 随着长输管道施工对高效焊接的日益追求,焊接工序中的关键环节根焊愈加备受关注,其焊接质量和焊接速度制约着高效焊接技术的深入发展。本PIW系列管道内环缝自动焊机集机械、电控、气动于一体,其对口系统和焊接系统的结构一体化设计可实现大口径管道焊接施工过程中管口组对、根焊的集中完成。工程应用证实,PIW系列管道内环缝自动焊机具有焊接速度快、质量好、效率高等特点,能很好地解决管道根焊问题,满足现有管道高效焊接施工对根焊质量的需求。PIW系列管道内环缝自动焊机的国产化,不仅突破了高效焊接技术发展的瓶颈,而且打破了国外同类产品的技术封锁和价格垄断,有效提高了我国管道施工的技术水平及经济效益。

Abstract: With the demand of long-distance pipeline for high-efficiency welding becoming increasingly high, root welding——the key link in the welding process——is more and more concerned. The quality and speed of root welding are the bottlenecks for development of effective welding technology. The pipeline internal circumferential automatic welding machine of the PIW series is an integration of machinery, electrical control and pneumatics. The integratedesigned structures of its counterpart system and welding system can allow the lineup and root welding to be completed on concentration in the large-diameter pipeline welding construction. Engineering application shows that the pipeline internal circumferential welding machine of the PIW series is characterized with quick speed, good quality and high efficiency, desirably solving root welding problems and satisfying the demand of the existing pipeline construction for high root welding quality. Localization of the pipeline internal circumferential automatic welding machine of the PIW series has not only made a breakthrough in development of high-efficiency welding technology, but also broken foreign technological blockage and price monopoly, satisfied the demand for bevel form and precision in the pipe-end automatic welding technological sector, effectively improving the technological level and economic results of China's pipeline construction.
