Analysis of China’s Drilling Engineering Technological Development for Underground Gas Storage

浅析我国气藏型储气库钻采工程技术的发展方向

Abstract: It is nearly 15 years since China’s first underground gas storage (UGS) in gas reservoir - Dazhangtuo gas storage depot - was put into operation in 2000. With a system of unique drilling engineering technology developed, a series of results of process technology have been achieved since then in the areas of drilling and completion, cementing, injecting, reservoir protection, monitoring, plugging of old wells, satisfying the country’s demand for UGS construction. In attempts to develop the technology of UGS reservoir construction, identify the technological development direction in the future and focus on China’s actual conditions and the foreign development trend for UGS reservoir construction, this article offers some suggestions on the drilling engineering technology for UGS reservoir construction in China. The suggestions include a series of measures, such as adoption of unified and standardized process design, enhancement of completion technology research, emphasis on deployment of monitoring wells, scientific selection of materials for injection string, enhancement of technological research on annular pressure control, and more efforts for study of old well plugging treatment technology.

 

摘要: 我国自2000 年第一座气藏型储气库——大张坨储气库投入运行以来,经过近15 年发展,形成了配套钻采 工程特色技术,在钻完井、固井、注采、储层保护、监测、老井封堵等工艺技术取得了一系列成果,较好地满足了我国 气藏型储气库建造的需要。为了适应今后发展形势,丰富和发展气藏型储气库建造技术,找准今后技术发展方向,针对 我国建设实际情况,结合国外储气库建造技术发展趋势,对我国气藏型储气库钻采工艺技术提出几点建议:实施工艺设 计的统一化和标准化设计;加强完井技术研究;注重监测井部署;科学选择注采管柱材质;强化注采井油套环空带压控 制技术研究;深入开展老井封堵处理技术研究等。
