Abstract: Temperature is one of the most important operational parameters in industrial and agricultural production process. Development of intelligent temperature transmitter can satisfy the demand for production and construction in the domestic petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and electric power sectors. Temperature transmitters of ZYW series are high-precision intelligent temperature transmitter that can be used in eight sophisticated technologies - small signal processing technology, isolated power supply technology, nonlinear compensation for temperature sensor, amplifier unit temperature compensation technology, indexing table of non-standard temperature sensor, intelligent HART communication technology, multi-type temperature signal input technology, dual signal input or average temperature and temperature differential measurement technology. The accuracy of the whole device reaches 0.1 percent while the accuracy for unit conversion reaches 0.05 percent. With a self-correcting function, it has a ±0.1 percent/5 years stability. The series has an independent intellectual property right and is the domestic leader in terms of product functions. It can be widely used for automatic temperature measurement in various industrial sectors.

摘要： 温度是工农业生产过程中最普遍、最重要的操作参数之一,开展智能温度变送器研制开发,可满足国内石油、化工、冶金、电力等行业生产和建设需求。ZYW系列温度变送器是一种高精度智能温度变送器,主要应用了小信号处理技术、隔离电源技术、温度传感器的非线性补偿技术、放大单元的温度补偿技术、非标温度传感器分度表定制技术、HART通信智能化技术、多类温度信号输入技术、双信号输入或平均温度及温差测量技术8项先进技术。整机精度达0.1%,转换单元精度可达0.05%,具有自我校正功能,稳定性为±0.1%/5年,功能完善、适用性强,具有自主知识产权,产品性能国内领先,可广泛应用于各工业部门温度的自动化检测。
