Abstract: Electric heating hollow rods and matching devices are designed to heat the crude oil in the tubing by passing a cable through the hollow sucker rod to form a loop. To apply to the extraction of high condensate oil, and high viscosity and high waxy oil, designs are optimized and products improved, which specifically include: optimizing the sucker rod string design and class H high strength hollow sucker rod. At present, the combination of three levels is applied in Tarim Oilfield, the heating depth up to 1600 m and the pump setting depth to 3000-3300 m respectively. The newly developed intelligent intermediate frequency heating control cabinet has advantages, such as fast speed, high precision and powerful control functions. It also has a wide starting voltage range, which adapts to large places where there is a large voltage fluctuation of the power grid. Heating cable is made of reinforced steel wires so as to increase the tensile strength of the cable. New type double sealing structure with good sealing conditions is designed to handle oil spills at wellheads. The device is characterized with simple structure and high thermal efficiency so that it has been widely applied in all oil fields in China.

摘要： 电加热空心杆及配套装置利用空心抽油杆内穿过电缆并与抽油杆形成回路, 对油管内原油进行全程加热。 为适用高凝油、高黏度和高含蜡原油开采, 进行了优化设计和产品改进, 具体包括: 优化抽油杆柱设计, 优选H 级高 强度空心抽油杆, 目前在塔里木油田采用三级组合, 加深热度达1600m, 泵挂深度达3000~3300m; 新研制的智能中频 加热控制柜具有速度快、精度高、控制功能强大等优点, 起动电压范围宽, 适应电网电压波动大的场所; 加热电缆采 用加强钢丝, 提高了电缆抗拉强度; 采用新型双级密封结构, 密封性好, 解决了井口溢油问题。装置具有结构简单, 热效率高等特点, 已广泛应用于国内各油田。
