Abstract: Based on the experiences from China’s experiment with shale gas development in the past eight years, the paper comes up with five suggestions on the country’s further shale gas industrial development --- summarizing the experience in time for more exchange, bringing about high-efficiency exploitation of oil and gas through the efforts for reform, firmly adhering to the principle of “many hands make light work” for shale gas development, perfecting the relative laws and regulations to ensure further reform and development, and formulating the petroleum industrial development strategy in accordance with China’s actual conditions.

摘要： 根据我国8年多来页岩气开发实践经验,就页岩气产业进一步发展问题提出了五方面意见和建议:要及时总结经验,加强交流;要通过深化改革实现油气资源高效利用;要坚定不移地走"众人拾柴火焰高"的发展道路;要完善法律法规为改革发展保驾护航;要制定符合国情的石油业发展战略。
