Abstract: Petrobras is one of the highly professional, the most successful and most prominent state owner oil companies. This paper introduced the basic situation of the company, analyzed its investment strategy in recent years, and forecasted the future investment strategy and tendency. Investment strategy actually reflects strategic intent. In recent years the company's investment strategy could be summarized into four aspects: priority upstream and multiple business; technology innovation and development of deep sea; independence and development of shipping; international expanding and consolidating advantages.

摘要： 巴西国家石油公司是世界上高度专业化、最成功、最突出的国家石油公司之一。文章介绍了该公司的基本情况,分析了近几年的投资策略,并对其未来的投资策略和趋势作出展望。投资策略实际上反映了战略意图。近几年来该公司的投资策略可以概括为四个方面:上游为主,兼顾多元;创新技术,发展深海;立足自营,发展海运;拓展国际,巩固优势。
