胜利油田“数据+平台+应用”信息化建设新模式构建与应用

Abstract: Facing the new situation and new trend for acceleration of energy revolution and energy transformation, the oil and gas industry should effectively use digital technology to bring about industrial transformation and value growth. To solve the problems caused by the traditional information construction, such as the difficulty in elimination of isolated information islands, repetition of business functional development and uncontrolled R&D cycles, Shengli Oilfield carried out construction of data resources center, implemented data governance, established the corporate data lake and built three core systems at the corporate level – the support system for public service, the standardization software development system and the integration software assembling system, creating the petrochemical intelligent cloud platform. It also built the industrial app application stores with the oil industrial characteristics. The app planning was carried out on the basis of the whole business domain to serve the oilfield enterprises. Meanwhile, the efforts were made for informatization top-level design to guide informatization construction on the upstream block. The new informatization model of “data + platform + application” was initially established to help bring about digital transformation of information work. Based on the new informatization construction model, Shengli Oilfield created a new environment for corporate informatization construction and operation, which can “internally maintain effective operation and externally promote development and interconnection”, providing support for the enterprise to bring about digital transformation and development.

 

摘要: 面对能源革命和能源转型加快推进的新形势新趋势,油气行业必须有效利用数字技术,实现产业的转型升级和价值增长。针对传统信息化建设造成的信息孤岛根除困难、业务功能重复开发、研发周期不可控等问题,开展数据资源中心建设,实施数据治理,建成企业数据湖,以构建企业级公共服务支撑体系、标准化软件开发体系和集成化软件装配体系为核心,打造石化智云平台。建成具有石油行业特性的工业APP应用商店,面向油田企业全业务域开展APP规划,做好信息化顶层设计,为上游板块信息化建设提供指导。初步构建了“数据+平台+应用”信息化建设新模式,实现信息化工作自身的数字化转型。依托新的信息化建设模式,打造“对内支撑卓越运营、对外推进开放互联”的企业信息化建设与运营新生态,为企业数字化转型发展提供支撑。
