我国智能炼厂技术现状及展望

Abstract: With rapid development of information technology, the United States, the UK and Germany have come up with the intelligent manufacturing strategies and action plans. China has also put forward 2025 China Manufacture Strategy. Based on continuous integration of industrialization and informatization, the oil refining industry, as a traditional production industry, has made preliminary achievements in optimization and intelligentization of production process, optimization and intelligentization of supply chain, and intelligentization of assets full service life management. Intelligent factory of a petrochemical enterprise has experienced two development stages. Intelligent factory 1.0 centered on construction and application of refinery information system. Intelligent factory 2.0 was focused on research and application of optimization and intelligentization technologies while typical corporate cases and technological applications in the two stages were brought under introduction and analysis. It is pointed out that the future intelligent refinery will be based on the high intellectually-structured technological professionals, optimize integration of production and management, target at independent study and intelligent prediction.

 

摘要: 伴随信息技术迅速发展,美国、英国、德国等国都提出了智能制造战略和行动计划,我国也提出了中国 制造2025 的总体战略。炼化行业作为传统流程行业,通过工业化与信息化的不断融合,以及对智能化技术在炼化生产 全过程的应用,已逐步在生产过程优化智能化、供应链优化智能化、资产全生命周期管理智能化等方面取得初步成效。 石化企业智能工厂经历了两个发展阶段,智能炼厂1.0 总体以炼化企业信息系统建设与应用为核心,智能炼厂2.0 则以 智能化优化技术研发与应用为核心,并对两个阶段的典型企业案例和技术应用进行了介绍和分析,指出未来的智能炼 厂将以具有较高知识结构的专业技术人员为基础,以生产管控一体化优化为主线,以自主学习和智能预测为最终目标。
