Present Conditions and Prospect for Application of Non-metallic and Composite Materials for Oil Pipeline

非金属及复合材料 在石油管领域应用现状及前景

Abstract: Corrosion of the mediums transmitted through oil and gas pipelines looms large owing to serious deterioration of oil and gas quality at the present time. Traditional carbon steel pipe is unable to meet the demand for transmission of highcorrosion mediums. Adoption of good anti-corrosion non-metallic tubular is one of important methods to prevent corrosion, and is widely used in the areas of oil and gas gathering and transferring as well as water injection. This article analyzes the main types and characteristics of typical tubular products of non-metallic and composite materials used at oil and gas fields. It also compares them with traditional metallic pipes for economic property of full service period. Based on investigating China’s present conditions and latest foreign tend for using pipes of non-metallic and composite materials, the article focuses on the latest development and prospect for research and application of non-metallic and composite material pipes in China. Suggestions are made on the issues currently existing in application of non-metallic and composite material pipes at the oil and gas fields.

 

摘要: 当前油气劣质化严重,油气管网输送介质的腐蚀性日益突出,传统碳钢管已无法满足高腐蚀性介质输送 需求,采用耐腐蚀性优良的非金属管材成为防护腐蚀的重要手段之一,并已广泛应用于油气集输和注水等领域。文章 分析了油气田典型非金属及复合材料管产品的主要类型及各自特点,与传统金属管道进行了全寿命周期的经济性对比, 在调研我国油气田非金属及复合材料管应用现状和国外最新应用趋势的基础上,重点论述了我国非金属及复合材料管 材研究和应用的最新进展和前景,并针对目前非金属及复合材料管在油气田中应用存在的问题提出了建议。
